  1. Just looks like a scuff from the paper inner sleeve. The more you mess with it the worse it may get so be careful.
  2. Hopefully they hand it off to USPS. I moved last month, so they’ll have my change of address. If not though, may be outta luck.
  3. Got both mine today, nothing wrong with the mailer but wouldn’t have minded a few cardboard inserts. One was perfectly fine, one had a seam split. Come to expect splits nowadays though, so no real complaints.
  4. Has anyone that ordered from JB Hi-Fi to the US get theirs yet?
  5. Cool! I’ll wait and try and preorder it from rev.
  6. Both mine are fine bud @crossedoutname, if you can’t find a normal copy I’ll trade you one of mine for the fucked one, cause why not. Was gonna offer earlier but saw you got a copy.
  7. Did you try flipping over the record? That usually helps.
  8. Out 6/18. US: https://stickfigure-mailorder.myshopify.com/products/new-rising-sons-demo-to-demolition-lp-preorder?_pos=2&_sid=f880985ee&_ss=r Europe: https://freaksofalaska.com/store/en/lp/176-269-the-new-rising-sons-demo-to-demolition-lp.html#/40-vinylfarbe-blue From Arctic Rodeo: In 2019, we had the honor to release an album called Set It Right by THE NEW RISING SONS from New York City. The band was only around for a short time and disbanded in 2000. THE NEW RISING SONS featured members of Texas Is The Reason, God Fires Man, The Promise Ring, Solea, Into Another, and Bold. Set It Right was supposed to be released by Virgin Records back then, but it never saw the light of day until we had the pleasure to finally release it 20 years later. It has been produced by Ted Niceley (Fugazi, Girls Against Boys, Shudder To Think, Jawbox, Standford Prison Experiment), mixed by Andy Wallace (Nirvana, Faith No More, Jeff Buckley, Sonic Youth, Rage Against The Machine, Foo Foghters, Biffy Clyro), engineered by Carl Glanville (U2, Counting Crows, Bruce Springsteen, Shudder To Think) and re-mastered by Alan Douches. Demo to Demolition – the final release from THE NEW RISING SONS – bookends their short but productive career. These songs showcase the vibes from the care free first days in the rehearsal room, to the intense last days in the studio. Side A consists of five songs never released or heard before. They were recorded after the second delay of the album by Virgin Records, with the hope of saving the future of the band. The precision and talent is there, but the band still ended up getting dropped and breaking up shortly after. For this exclusive release, the A-side songs have been mixed by J. Robbins (Jawbox, Burning Airlines) and mastered by Dan Coutant (Clutch, Jawbox, Coliseum, The Sword, Red Hare). Side B possesses the early energy and desires of a young band on the verge. It's infused with more rawness and filled with less self-consciousness from the pressures of a label. In the end, Demo to Demolition, represents just what it states, the beginning building blocks to their final destruction.
  9. I got cancelled too. But they sent a very apologetic email explaining the situation, and apparently are sending a “goodie bag” to say sorry. I expected a cancel anyway as I ordered mine pretty late in the game, so I can’t be mad. I’d probably want just a few of the lps, though they box set did look pretty cool.
  10. I initially passed on this when it came out cause I already had all the songs, but for $20 why not?

  12. Webshop exclusive Sea Blue Vinyl https://stores.portmerch.com/josegonzalez/featured-products/local-valley-lp-sea-blue.html (also includes an art print and option for a ticket presale code) Red Vinyl /500 https://shop.brooklynvegan.com/products/jose-gonzalez-local-valley-limited-edition-red-lp-only-500-made
  13. Discogs does have most the pressing info, definitely the evr records.
  14. Yeah, I mean worst case all 3 orders come through. Extras won’t be hard to get rid of I’m sure. Moneys already spent, so screw it.
  15. As of now I’ve got loveless and isn’t anything deluxe preordered from music mania, fnac, and JB hifi. Hesitant on cancelling anything yet, but first one to go would probably be jb hifi. Don’t care about the picks and it was the most expensive order by far.
  16. Same. Might wait to cancel the JB Hifi order just in case Juno oversold though.
