  1. Canadians desperate for options for the 3LP blue, you might want to risk this: https://junerecords.com/vinyl-rock-and-pop-radiohead-ok-computer:-oknotok-1997-2017-(blue-vinyl-3lp)/dp/104260 Store pick-up option available for locals. No 100% fulfillment guaranteed.
  2. Oof! Between this and the VMP exclusive of Ashes Grammar, my wallet took a beating. Both worth it, though.
  3. HOLY SHIT. Instant buy!!! Can't believe it. I would've paid for a six month membership for this.
  4. Just in time for the Black Panther crowd to grab a copy. Well played UO.
  5. Before and After Science and Another Green World I have on used vinyl. Still sounds good but I am alllll over all these. Glad I waited for this type of reissue treatment!
  6. Amoeba just sent me mine today. Phew! Considering I ordered it in early April it's been a while...
  7. Still got my 2lp reissue from 2007. Saw them live that year; they were great. EDIT: The B-sides of this era deserve to be reissued as a comp.
  8. Damn, 9th pressing! Much respect. Not sure SunnO)) or Opeth have reached that level.
  9. Got my swap on Friday (Eddie Gale's Ghetto Music). Then again, PA, NY and us up here tends to get our packages first.
  10. Bit of a boondoggle tbh. Maybe some Night Versions will appear at the store.
  11. Shoegaze was always expensive because so much of it, besides obvious stuff like Galaxie 500, were UK imports. I feel the genre has since persistently gone for that higher-quality European vinyl packaging and mastering (180g > 140g, 45rpm if possible). It's always been a "collector's genre" like synth/synthwave, new age, and a few other 70s/80s early electronic sounds. Not saying it's right or anything but just an observation.
  12. Just my two cents: There didn't seem to be too many copies at the Toronto show's table. But maybe they were only displaying 5 at a time? The guy seemed to suggest there weren't many copies left. Show was the 25th or 26th I think? Pressing plant bottlenecks... Hope someone here snaps up a copy and sells you it at face-value.
  13. Suddenly those Com Truise LPs are no longer exclusive to USA. Kinda annoying I had to wait for the US market to not sell out of this before us barbarians at the gate get our turn. Anyway, I got Galactic Melt reissue. Thanks @hammertime you're too legit 2 quit. I'm good with pink.
  14. Yeah man. As much as Bowie or Prince hit me hard, Strummer was my man. So glad Paul Weller is around and kicking it in his own way all these years. I'm old enough to be hardcore into Brit punk '77
  15. Yeah well the only signature I got was from Joe Strummer a few months before he passed on... So I don't seek them, don't pay a premium for them, more or less because the one I got will alway trump anything else. But I feel the same as you in the end.
  16. Yes, defending RSD picture discs is TOTALLY equivocal to Fake News. *eyeroll* #LondonBombing #GetAGrip
  17. Maybe don't be this easily upset? Picture disc "stereotypes" exist for a very good reason. I happen to think picture discs are stupid despite the audio fidelity issue and I'm entitled to that opinion. K thnx baaaai!
  18. http://www.superdeluxeedition.com/news/the-cure-rsd-vinyl-to-get-wider-release/ I hope no one besides uber-Cure collectors paid for stupid picture disc editions with bad audio fidelity, because now The Cure's Greatest Hits 2LP and The Acoustic Hits bonus CD turned into its own 2LP are being reissued on standard black vinyl. Listings are for European Amazon sellers only on though, so it's possible this will be import-only, or SDE being a UK site, they're not always going to list NA buying options.
  19. Dammit already have Killing Time but three extra tracks almost doubles the EP's length making it a Mini-Album.
  20. Really fucking shitty of the band to do those insane mark ups on the pre-sales. I'll only buy a used or discount copy of this now.
  21. They finally made a song I like! Love the Paris, Texas themed video. So far, so Spoon.
  22. You can still find the 5LP copy for 56.82 EUR (i.e., pretty cheap; once you click through to payment they take VAT away) from Amazon Italy
