So much for unique, mine looks exactly like this as well! The colors are extremely vibrant in person, completely unlike anything else in my collection.

Is the original pressing hard to find these days? I thought they were still pretty easy to come by.

I am not complaining one bit, but Your wrong for the record. They sold two bundles, one said it had a run of individually unique records, while the other said it had album art colors. By the time they were delivered the bundles we're swapped, if you ordered an album art colors bundle you got the crazy unique color.combos and vice versa.

What are the odds this is a new LP/EP vs a bunch of old B-sides thrown together? I love love the track but it's so different from their latest output it almost seems an unlikely track from them in 2018.

How rampant was the warping on the pink LP's? My copy was fine.

Not to stoke the flames, but actually ill stoke the flames. Went to my kingsroadmerch PO / Order page, and looked at the thumbnail image for my bundle (Bundle #2). While its a pretty low resolution image, it clearly says "Wax Mage OG Splatter". I also compared these against the similar images that were available when the bundles were for sale, and the text was completely different. Back when these were first ordered the image text read "LIMITED ALBUM ART COLORS SPLATTER VINYL" with the same vinyl mockup.

So glad I cancelled that one at the last minute.

Hmmmm, do I buy another copy? I guess I could sell my pink LP.

Yeah it looks like the bundles were indeed swapped. The splatter (while a bit played out) looks super nice IMO. I guess that's the variant I was supposed to receive.... now I have mixed feelings. Guess Ill wait and see what shows up in the mail!

Main Feedback, ill keep it short They look nice, good job. People with only a few records wont commit that kinda cash to storing them, people with lots of records probably can't afford the quantity they would need (like me). I work in a construction related industry. People are idiots. These things are going to be stud anchored or bust. 1 and 3 people will incorrectly install a drywall anchor, ruin their wall, and leave you 1 Star angry reviews. Trust me on this one. Your elevator pitch is really thin with the 'hardship' angle. Having to bend over to grab a record is not a big deal, its not like your grabbing more than a few a day at best. Stick to the value proposition of a high quality item and the safety it provides having them elevated. Good luck!

I have almost caved and bought the OG so many times, glad I held out. Now lets see a Woohoo repress!

Yep, this is in line with my experiences. Go to checkup on an old order that never arrived and they go "oops" were out of that product.

Woah! Snapped this right up. Awesome album, was super happy to get their other album last year.

Kind of crazy that they moved ~800 of these in a few days with Zero PR / announcement. And while you can certainly find New Junk on black vinyl for like $20, my colored copy is a prized item! Its just such a fantastic record, so many catchy / fun tracks.

I have only given it one listen, and their older more aggressive stuff is still my favorite, but I think this is a solid and interesting album. First half is great, albums has a strong closer too. But man there is undeniably some butt rocking in the middle. But despite that, still really enjoying it.

Yeah just came here to post this. It only went up recently, so I would guess this is a limited cut of a x/250 sort of deal. Probably taking some of these with them on the road? Anyways need to decide now if I want to double dip and get a second copy.

Lol @ this thread already. I caved and bought it as well, love this album, and the colorway is pretty neat. Def. going to be a bit salty when there are a ton of more limited variants in like 24 hours, but OH WELL! Last Checked, about 650 remaining.

Well, I still haven't listened to it. So I am going to withhold any opinions. Instead I will just shit post some conspiracies I found over on reddit. Think the wax-mage connection fell through? Or is this just a more descriptive title to the product they ended up making?
