well, like i said a few posts up, Drinking with Jocks and Osama stand out on the front. The other three are good. Everything on side b is very good. it's a very personal album, more so than any other AG album, obviously. Musically, it's in line with past AG. The songs are shorter and sometimes I feel like the songs end abruptly. i've said this before, i'm horrible at writing about music. can't wait to buy the redux with 8 b sides.

just got my blue copy in the mail, gonna toss it on right now. edit dinking with the jocks and osama are standouts on side one, the other three are ok to good. b side is all great

took my 9 year old to see it today. we just watched the Hobbit Unexpected earlier this week with him. On the way home he asked if I have the LOTR dvds. He then asked to watch them, I told him they were 10 hours long, he said well that will take a couple days. now i have to decide if i should make him wait to see Back Again before I let him watch the LOTR. he is somewhat lucky to be able to watch them OG Hobbit to LOTR.

the demos kinda got on my nerves because of the constant wood block, but i love the fact that they gave them out.

i've never been able to get into Songs about Time. i'm willing to give them another try but they have a short leash.
