  1. Just saw this as well. Ridiculous. Guess I’ll grab one of the ‘boring’ variants
  2. That’s a steal. Might go for these, even if they aren’t exactly the most exciting variants around.
  3. Same here. Who ships records like this? I paid $60 for shipping to Europe and ended up with one damaged corner for the box set and three nasty seam splits since every record was shipped inside the sleeve. No bubble wrap or anything either.
  4. Gatecreeper? Which happened when I wasn’t at home so I missed out on all the fancy variants. Kind of losing patience now as well. Still nothing here by the way..
  5. That new Wayfarer is pretty damn great. Some cool riffs on the new Spirit Adrift too though.
  6. I keep missing out! Should’ve checked VC before going to bed
  7. Fair enough. I ordered that Dinked edition but haven’t even got shipping confirmation yet. Digging the album though.
  8. Never ordered a splatter before? It’s always a bit of a gamble and the final product rarely looks as good as the mock-up. Aside from that, looking forward to the album! Should be good based on the early singles.
  9. I’m not that surprised. I’ve been a fan of theirs for 20+ years yet was on the fence for quite some time before I finally caved and bought one. Put in a preorder like two days ago. The clear vinyl + reflective cover (+ zine I’ll likely look at once if even that much) are nice but don’t justify the price for me, especially after shipping. But I liked the gold a whole lot less and definitely wanted to pick up a limited variant. As far as the songs are concerned, I think “Ohms” is absolutely fantastic, and “Genesis” is quite good as well. Excited for the album release.
  10. Ripped to Shreds debut album reissued on colored vinyl (three variants). Available from Pulverised (http://pulverised.bigcartel.com/product/ripped-to-shreds-mai-zang-lp) and Cudgel in EU (https://www.cudgel.de). Went for the grey/yellow/red merge myself. Not the most limited, but definitely the tastiest variant as far as I’m concerned.
  11. $60 in shipping to Europe, but grabbed a splatter box set and that coke bottle Solitude
  12. UN - The Tomb of All Things reissue up at Translation Loss: https://translationloss.com/collections/un-the-tomb-of-everything-reissue/products/the-tomb-of-all-things-reissue-1?variant=35770803355803
  13. I noticed this as well. It’s still there. Don’t get your hopes up though: you can place it in your cart, but not actually check out.
  14. Probably. I first saw them live in 1998, so those first couple of albums have pretty much become a part of my dna.
  15. White Pony, Adrenaline, Around the Fur, s/t, Saturday Night Wrist, Diamond Eyes, Koi No Yokai, Gore. I definitely appreciate the newer stuff, but the first four albums is where it’s at for me. I remember being really impressed with Diamond Eyes when it came out though.
  16. Just checked the website of the Dutch postal service for you. Tracked shipping to the US is indeed close to €30. €32 for signed delivery, including tracking and insurance. Without tracking it seems to be much cheaper, about €11.
  17. Seems to be a repress: half blue/half white. Haven’t ordered it myself yet. While I like the songs a lot, something about slapping 7 minutes worth of music onto a 12” and charging close to €20 for it rubs me the wrong way.
  18. Hi Wouter, I’ll provide you with at least one serious answer here, since I don’t think you’re trolling. I for one would definitely be interested in that (and willing to pay a bit more too).
  19. Yeah the EU store has been gone for a while now. If it’s any consolation to you, shipping from the States isn’t more expensive than shipping from the EU was. EU shipping costs were €11 for me (very high since they shipped from the country where I live), vs $10 and some change now. Only hope I won’t be hit with import duties later on..
  20. While I wasn’t the biggest fan of the first two songs that were released, I’m digging “False Prophets” a lot. Hoping there’ll be more tracks like this on the album (which I’ll buy regardless)
  21. Hell yes. Dogrel was one of last year’s highlights
