Yeah got a shipping notification too but not tracking number, also got a shipping notification in Feb that turned out to be completely false. Hope this one is legit though!

I mean, no one is really complaining too much about the wait times, just that they've stopped responding to anyone and updated everyones orders to "shipped" at the beginning of February with no explanation. I mean, they're not even responding to Bandcamp themselves for whatever reason.

Seems like NeonCity aren't even responding to Bandcamp's emails, just got sent this after asking for some news, kinda worrisome that even Bandcamp is suggesting a chargeback. Welp, ordered bundle 1 and was charged but no receipt, like others.

Have just messaged Bandcamp and Neoncity (this is the 6th time I've messaged NeonCity so I'm not expecting a response from them). Hopefully messaging Bandcamp will get things moving. Fingers crossed!

Anyone got any updates on Sailorwave? I've messaged Neoncity numerous times since January and they haven't responded to me once, would really like to know what's going on cos the lack of communication is kinda sketching me out lol
