To mark the 20th anniversary of the release, in August 1994, of “Dummy”, Portishead will be re-issuing the album on vinyl , pressed on 180 gram heavyweight vinyl, in a gatefold sleeve. There will be no additional material on the re-issue, with the songs remaining exactly as recorded on the original release. The first 1000 copies of the record will be pressed on blue vinyl before reverting to heavyweight black vinyl. Each album will contain a download card of “Dummy”. We’ll be posting a link on Wednesday 13th August. Link will be posted at Portishead's website.

I got that same message for around 20+ minutes, but then was able to order it. So keep trying. I think TCR is slowing releasing these in batches to the store, since they've gone in and out since I first saw this thread at 8:40am (when I got up and started my day off checking VC).

I did ship to store and paid with Paypal and still got it cancelled. Per HT Customer Support, they are gone. They are sending a message to their inventory folks to update the site to show that it is sold out online. Not sure what the cutoff is, but my order was placed at 9:28am EDT, so if you are after that, you are SOL. Bummer. Travis, any chance you can post the list of East Coast stores that have this in stock?
