both on LP. some store had them sitting out for 15 each haha. whats the pressing info on Red Letter. I thought it was a 10" but its not. Red Letter Day is a 10"; does yours have a purple cover? Because Doghouse re-released Red Letter Day with the Woodson EP, but I never knew they pressed it on vinyl... But yeah, RLD itself is definitely a 10" so if yours isn't and it's not that re-release I mentioned above, then it's either A)an import or B)a bootleg or C)you accidentally bought a Nickelback record.

I won Thrice's "Vheissu" in perfect condition on eBay the other day for only $8! Couldn't believe my good luck.

I did on the last one (albeit indirectly -- Lucero's cover of "Kiss The Bottle"). I don't ever repeat bands if I make someone multiple mixes.

On LP or CD?

The whole tour is in small venues, mainly because STD acoustic doesn't have the same draw as STD electric. These rooms are all guaranteed sell-outs, but if they were to be in, say, your local House Of Blues, there's no way it would. Not to mention the intimacy level for an acoustic show needs to be in a smaller space.

So this is supposed to be officially released on Aug. 21; has anyone gotten any sort of email from Number Nine Sounds about the LP shipping or anything? Or even an order confirmation? I know it's Joe Steinbrick's label, but there's been absolutely no sort of update on the progress of this, and it's slightly unnerving.

So I've been working on this mix all day for a girl who I'm sort of dating (nothing too serious yet but we both like each other). She's into good music, and I already made her one mix which was more of a general overview of awesome stuff and not exactly themed or anything. So this one, I tried to go about half-awesome stuff, half-mushy shit that will make her stoked on me. Here's my tentative running order. Thoughts? The Alkaline Trio song is going to be the "hidden track," by the way.

I remember we played "The Impression That I Get" and "You And Me And The Bottle Makes Three" (by Big Bad Voodoo Daddy) -- not to mention a sick KC And The Sunshine Band medley. Our director was always pretty good at picking fun, sort of relevant music.
