Hey guys, I'm new here. Very glad I discovered VC!
I wanted to kick things off with a thread about popular music. Hip Hop & Country are dominating in sales and mainstream attention, but as we know everything seems to work in phases. Are there any other genres/styles you see either making a comeback or exploding in the next few years? I'm personally big on unique spins of Rock music, be it experimental or art rock, I love deep lyrical content, interesting riffs whether its on guitar, bass, or even an ethnic instrument, and interesting rhythms.
