Stoopidhead

Hello, Wondering if anyone could give me any clarification on Sightly Stoopid - Chronchitis album. I recently bought one off of Discogs and it was supposed to be the 2007 gray varient but it arrived as a 2011 press that is gray and clear with side D etched with skeletons. Is this a bootleg?
