i will not be getting a refund on this no matter what happens. A) the money is gone, it has no financial weight on my life anymore after such a lengthy amount of time. more importantly, i'm waiting for something epic to happen where we all stand to make out like bandits. like...them completely folding under the pressure and them getting into legal trouble. it would just be hilarious that way.

Vincent Accardi is the lead guitarist I believe, he sings on The Quiet Things and writes lyrics. he doesnt sing anything in the studio. only live.

Yes, they've left out most of the primary lyrics, the lyrics noted are the ones Vincent/the 2nd voice does. I normally couldn't figure them out, pretty cool that they were noted. A) they've been like that for every release of this album that's ever been put out, and they were always listed like that on the website. they've never had all of the lyrics to that song. nothing's changed there. vincent? haha C) jesse does every single vocal track on the first 3 records.

most of the thread over there for this repress is full of it. and some of those people are starting to come here and post now too. in this thread and the MTS TOYPAJ thread as well. i want to add that Tate is the biggest tool in the world. he is acting like the pinnacle of knowledge when it comes to Brand new pressing info and useless tidbits, yet when asked he posts a pic of someone else's copy of the album because he has them all still sealed and framed on his mantle. tate really is a pile of crap, i can't stand the guy. also....anybody else glad that this is on triple crown instead of afs? we might actually get it on the release date......

This thread is actually for the German pressing of these. No one has gotten the American versions from Academy Fight Song yet. AFS does some great releases, but you pretty much know when you order from them it is going to be delayed for a while. Ordered Make the Clocks Move last November. It was supposed to released in December and I think I received either in late January or February. i'm perfectly aware of this, but rj sent out emails saying it was getting delayed a couple weeks and that the new release date was last june. just obnoxious.

ordered last night when i was drunk. fuck paypal for being so easy to do intoxicated. but, hot shots and david johansen both sounded great when they were playing them live, so my hopes are high. they were songs i really wished had made the (lackluster) album (along with lehigh acres)

i love the idea of the pictures on the inside too, really cool release.
