I missed it the first time around too. It's at the bottom of the announcement; they're doing those EPs, plus a Spiderman one. Presumably a "Vindicated" focused release, which is awesome because that's about their best song IMO.

I know exactly how you feel. I own everything by them, even though my opinion was like yours. Songs sound kind of same-y. It took the Live at Loosey’s release to realize, damn these guys are good musicians and I love this band! also, ordered that tan and red!

I remember when this first came out, the general reaction was that it wasn't Menos El Oso 2. I think time has been kind to Planet of Ice and many fans have realized its brilliance.

Hail Something didn't resonate with me. It might need more spins though, as I recognize it just might not be as immediately gratifying as Mediumship or Broad Shoulders.

It sounds just about as good as it can. I don't think the recording was very high quality to begin with.

Pre-ordered Bullmoose. I'll see what variants the band comes up with, but it's probably going to be pricier than what Bullmoose had.

I have all of their vinyl, but this one is hard to justify when I have made so many orders lately. It's neat, but I think a digital will have to do...

It would be nice to grab these, especially since black is a first pressing. There are only so many records I can buy in one day though....

If you were a fan of The Greatest Story Ever Told, then you probably love this one. This is the best "Chris album" since that one and has a more Jawbreaker-y feel because of it. It's amazing and my sunburst and white copies arrive today. I'm scared to see the condition they arrive in...

My sunburst is on the way, I think it looks...not bad. No word on my white copy shipping, but that's OK as the sunburst is the one I will listen to. I believe the white is more rare (pressing of 200 IIRC).
