I received my white copy from Amoeba today. Side A & B sound like sandpaper. There are dark specks in the white vinyl that look like physical surface imperfections. No issues with side C& D at all.

Glad I only spent $1 on the Make Believe CD.

After my experience with White, I'm going to give this one shot next. I also found a copy of Make Believe in $1 CD bin and I'm getting ready to play that one too.

I jumped off the Weezer train after Maladroit, but I've been watching this thread and the praise for the new album got me interested again. I picked up White yesterday and I can say that I'm definitely enjoying it.

He's supposed to be playing all the shows they have booked so far. It should make for a good show.

It's mostly comprised of new music, but there are a few early versions of songs that wound up on Some Are Lakes. If you are interested in hearing more, shoot me a PM.

I've been in the market for a new integrated to replace my malfunctioning Marantz 2220B. I was considering the PM5005 as well as the Music Hall a15.3. Then I saw the now discontinued Cambridge Audio Azur 351a on Amazon for a decent price, so I ended up picking that up. It doesn't have a phono stage, so I picked up a Schitt Mani which put me around the $430 mark. So far I'm pleased with the new setup. Good luck with your hunt.

I didn't realize these were out of print. Nice to hear a reissue is coming. In other good news Liz Powell has finally broken radio silence and appears to be working on new LOT music.
