    My fiancé (Amanda) and her best friend (Katie) run a blog and asked me to write a little piece while Katie's on her honeymoon.     KIDS! I have a solution. Chris, do you live anywhere close to one on those big box buy/sell/trade stores? Like McKay's or 2nd & Charles? They take turntables (pretty much any working one) and music related stuff. I traded a cheaper acoustic guitar for store credit and got records. He also said they take TTs, amps, etc. See if that's a viable option for ya!

    So, crappy pano photo, but I just finished a massive reorganization. My better half and I bought a house recently and I had a lot of my stuff stored at my parents house (six hours away) for the past year. Finally got it all to Nashville! 7"s live in the custom boxes to the right, TT and preamp next to that, and DVD's and CD's in binders in the shelf under that. Turned out pretty well

    Just had to switch out one of my Codeine records cause of that. Numero apparantly can have a few hiccups from time to time. A lot of pop and surface noise. My Rat Conspiracy box set though sounds great. I special ordered Kid is Gone the other day at my go to shop. I'll let you know if mines the same.

    After the fucking awful 3EB reissue (sounds good, shitty packaging) I'm pretty excited for this. $30 is steep, but it'll be a nice gatefold, 2xLP, 180g, and probably come poly bagged. Doesn't seem like much, but I think it's worth it.

    Really?! I think that's a beautiful solution that isn't an expedit. I feel think they can look "meh" as apposed to your current setup. But I feel you, soon to be Mrs. Blues Singer HATES my current set up (expedits) so I'll be custom building in the future. I'll need those dimensions you got there

    I just bought this and gave it a spin. It's really, really good. A lot of stuff reminds me of Japandroids and Sonic Youth on this album.

    I've seen this band several times (w/ HWM, B&C, etc.) and I don't get it. I feel like I'm listening to a bad Mad Lib set to music. But, that's my opinion. I also don't understand the violent following of "THE WAVE" bands. Younger kids go NUTS about them.
