I bought a signed version yesterday off some Reddit link to a signed copy. It linked to Hopeless and I got a confirmation email from them. I didn't even see the signed option pop up today. Worried it'll get canceled, so I bought the band variant as well.

I think the price is fair. It depends on how much you value the extra content. This may be my favorite band of all time, so I'll eat this shit up. Soupy's track record indicates that this isn't just him mailing it in for a quick buck. The Suburbia/Upsides box set was beautiful and I expect this to be the same.

Do you know if it's a box set or just some extra tracks added onto the existing record?

Isn't the base form of PVC some weird cloudy clear? I have a Bryan Fallon christmas album that I believe is this pure base. If that's the case, I wonder how they get it to be crystal clear

Clear vinyl is my favorite, followed by a nice clean tri-color, and split colors. My least favorite are smashes, A/B sides, and splatters. So fucking tired of the splatters. Nobody cares, but I figured I'd share anyway. Hey, at least I won't call you a redneck if you disagree

Isn't it interesting how variants with the same pressing number usually sell out in the order they're posted on the site? It's almost like the order affects the buyer's perspective.

I went into what I consider to be the worst record store in my town. It's closest to home so I figured it was the best move. Opened at 9. I show up around 9:15 and there's a line of probably 50-60 people. Last go-around I went around 10 and it was empty. I just went home. Screw this lol

I think someone on these forums posted last year that they spoke with Dan after a show and he said their next repress would be double 10in. Once I started seeing those 10in STD and SF pressings, I knew... Not sure if it was done to speed up pressing time given the backlogs, or to preserve the value of the older pressings, but I've bought far too many "top" albums in this format over the last year. Sucks, but at least I've got them...

What issues did the older pressings have? I bought an older GM pressing months ago but haven't listened yet
