  1. Ah, makes sense. Was really kicking myself for having missed a 20+ year old pressing
  2. How the hell did they have unsold copies of 20+ year old records?
  3. I'm usually not too bothered by these, but it's just been happening a lot to me lately. The first record I've ever bought without any intention of playing or selling - a signed copy of The Hum Goes on Forever - arrived from Looney Tunes with a massive bend on the jacket. Like shit, man... literally any other record but that one... Then these. I've bought records with VG/G jackets that look as good if not better than some of these I've been getting lately. This was after a year to a year and a half of pretty good luck with the post office. Don't want to get too off topic, but one more post office anecdote: the day before the shitty MxPx luck, I had Stay What You Are from Amazon get delayed at the Amazon warehouse. Finally arrives yesterday, box slashed, with the record stolen. Excited to see what shenanigans await me with my next package. After pretty good luck, it's reverting to the mean...
  4. Just got these and the packing job could've been better. They're all bent or smashed along the top left corner and there are seam splits on every sleeve. Kind of annoying, but what can you do..
  5. Man, they're so serious about not re-releasing their music that they won't even re-release this show. That fucking event is somehow a collector's item.
  6. I bought that green BV variant of NFG's new acoustic record as a reflex and didn't even look at the price until it was too late..... And even I wouldn't buy this shit. This hobby is a dangerous combination of nostalgia, collectability, and $$$ - but this shit has massive repel power. This could be just what the community needs: a reason to say no
  7. This came in for me a few days back and it's beautiful. Seems like ADTR may have self-released this, and the work that went into this is apparent.
  8. 1/4 sides had divots, and it's only a few and (to me) very small. I'm not going to make a fuss over it if it doesn't affect the sound.
  9. I've paused my hunt for some of the older Drive Thru LPs until I know for sure they're not repressing.... Really wish we'd get a sign.
  10. Are they going to release any LPs along with this? Seems kind of pointless to focus on EPs ....
  11. I agree. He's leaving money on the damn table! He could easily have listed it for an extra $50 bucks...
  12. Lmao Fred Durst writes like a mid-2000s 12 year old troll. I fucking love it.
  13. Imagine paying $376 plus shipping for a box set of picture discs, without the box. I guess maybe if you're a massive DGD fan and wanted to decorate the walls of a room or something....
  14. I take that to mean this is an unlimited variant... He isn't trying to scam anyone here.
  15. I have a spin clean knockoff that works very well. No complaints. I think I paid like 30-50 for it on Amazon
  16. The flimsy outer cover is my only complaint. It did crease a little on mine as well.
  17. I figured that was the case. The description said black with yellow splatter. Yellow with black splatter was the colorway for the Joshua Tree live recording of Still Searching. Very glad I was right, because those Joshua Tree records didn't come out looking very nice. Splatter on anything other than clear looks like shit (unless it's "heavy" splatter and even then you run the risk of it looking too loud)
  18. Someone's going to need to find a way to sneak a pallet of TTN on a plane back home
