  1. I can get one for a penny on Amazon... Can you beat that price?
  2. Very much so. Less disaster and more how people in that position would react trapped together like that in a comedic way.
  3. Does anybody know Gloria Estefan? We should ask her.
  4. Is the Hokie Pokie Sound Machine any relation to the Miami Sound Machine? Sounds like a midwest cousin or something.
  5. Yessir. Formerly married. We split the end of 2013. Kept it quiet though, so I can see how that might appear on Instagram. When is your little one due? We need to start a Dads of VC club.
  6. Yessir, me too. We are due at the end of October. Plus my girlfriend has two little ones already and I have my son so I'm going from one to four by the end of the year.
  7. They also have a Swarovski Crystal version. If you're gonna get one, go top of the line!
  8. It's A Disaster (David Cross and Julia Styles) -Bunch of couples meet for Sunday Brunch and get stuck in the apt together as the world ends. Different take on a distaster movie for sure. Planet of the Apes/Dawn of the Planet of the Apes Godzilla Reign of Fire (personal favorite and more dystopian future, but great popcorn action flick) 2012 Into The Storm Atomic Twister The Tower
  9. Congrats and welcome to Dad life! I've been thinking of how to announce my upcoming little one as well. My GF is pregnant and we haven't told many yet, this was a great idea.
  10. MrVinyl, I used to get this really great sorbet from Trade Joe's. It was orange sorbet packaged in the orange peel, sort of like halfed to form cups and then filled with sorbet. It was delicious. They also carried a coconut version (in coconut shells, of course). Do you know if they still carry that? Can you look next time you go to Trade Joe's to shop for packaging supplies?
  11. It's not his fault, they were EX/EX graded when he shipped them out.
  12. Penny & The Quarters - You and Me Pros: Short and sweet. 60's soul that's not well known so it's not going to be one that is overused at all. Cons: Used in the movie and on the the soundtrack for Blue Valentine. May jinx your marriage.
  13. I'm not backing Insound, I don't order from them either. But people have spent years crying for a repress, and I found it incredibly amusing after all the posts for that record the first post after a preorder goes up is someone balking at the price.
  14. "I can't believe how expensive these are... It's my white whale... You're going to hell for turning that into a bowl... Jesse Lacey is god..." "...eh, $40? Nevermind."
  15. He also stopped posting on the boards as much as he used to because of all the people who insist on hounding him about HT related things in each and every topic on the board.
  16. Wait, what? Current copies sell for hundreds of dollars and you're balking at a copy for just over $35? Do you think you're going to find it substantially cheaper somehow?
  17. I like that you posted this in both the Blink threads. Covering your bases. Also, all you're doing is screwing this girl from making a sale by informing others that a repress is in the works and $60 is a laughable price to expect on a soon to be readily available item.
  18. Absolutely. Even were there not a repress expected, it's on the consumer for paying any price higher than the SRP for an item. Aftermarket prices are determined by what people are willing to pay for those things. Look at this girl for example. She's trying to get $60 for this even with a repress in the works! Is the label screwing her over by repressing it? Is the label screwing you over if you bought it off her? No (although in the end you're both at fault for buying Blink 182 records in the first place).
  19. How did "they" do that? They didn't sell them to you at that higher than retail price and if you paid for it at that price, it's your fault. Not "theirs".
  20. No Idea put out Young Livers' Of Misery and Toil as a "Full Metal Jacket" edition. The sleeve was made out of sheet metal with the artwork screenprinted on it.
