Got mine last week. so hyped for this case.

well they did it before, so it wast out of the realm of possibility. they are just basically phoning it in. watching them play several years back was like watching your dad's rock cover band play at the local pizza joint..

So just heard the president and first lady will both be doing keynote speeches at this years SXSW. now traffic is gonna be more horrible than usual. hopefully they're just coming and going each day so i can easily get downtown to see Beach Slang.

i love springsteen.. but back then, there were 1000's of 7"s pressed for any certain artist. Which is why a lot of them are not valuable in this day and age. they can be found in most record stores for anywhere between $1 to $5 depending on the record's condition and artist.

well i had a sonex 180 i loved but i had to pawn it to pay for my mom's funeral and i forgot to go pay it and was 2 days late and it was already sold. so i did a lot of graphic work for a buddy and instead of paying me, he got me a Gibson SG for payment. but it's pretty beat up so i have to put some work into it (new bridge, tailpiece, pickups, etc. etc.) gonna cost a penny after it's all said and done.

every 5 year anniversary is like that.. sorta.

this past year was amazing and chock full of good bands. if you want to see bands with more notoriety in one setting FEST probably not gonna be for you.

i just got myself a dual terror for $500 and a 2 x 12 orange cab. no cables though.

always wanted a maurader. i used to have a sonex 180 but had to pawn it to help pay for my mom's funeral and when i went to get it out, i fucked up and it had expired like 3 days before and they already had it out and it had sold. hopefully in the upcoming year i can find another one for a decent price. a friend was nice enough to give me an old sg he had, but i had to fix it up. gonna take it in next week and get a new bridge and such and some new pickups as the ones on it are rusted and patina'd already.

We'll let everyone know once the people who haven't sent (send out and everyone receives their gifts)... i personally have 2 people still waiting on gifts.. not because their gifts weren't sent, just because their ss's kept sending shit out up until xmas and a bit after, so each had like 3 or 4 packages and wanted to wait till everything arrived before posting a photo. For those not posting a photo and have their shit and haven't contacted us regarding it.. please post a photo. it's not really that hard to post a photo or find the time to do so.
