Glad to see some love for this album on the internet. I'm about 15 listens in at this point and I'm still loving it.

I think Billy realized that people would be willing to spend more, so why not gouge them?

If you like Maladroit, you will enjoy this. There are guitars for days. They basically took all the best elements from Maladroit, Make Believe and Red and combined them into one cohesive package. I dig it quite a bit.

My opinion changes often, but probably Green.

It's a very good album, IMO. Probably the best post-Pinkerton.

Yeah, Jim's voice on that record is actually very different than how it is now, where Tom's is basically still the same.

The 3 song suite at the end is absolute guitar heaven.

Neither have I. I bought it from a guy on ATW who had no idea what he had. I saw the picture and almost had a heart attack. He asked for $75, but I would have payed much more to be honest.

The MFSL sounds the best. Though the 4xLP deluxe version of Pinkerton sounds almost just as nice as has 3 LPs of B-sides and bonus tracks if you're into that.

"Young Americans" isn't on the 2xLP, which is almost as infuriating as "I'll Stick Around" not being on the Foo Fighters' greatest hits album.
