  1. ...ly terrible. It sounds like the shit my local hard rock station would sandwich between a song from Metallica's Load and a Linkin Park song.
  2. That Scaterd Few LP is great too. I had to pick one so I went with Yndi because that Scaterd Few will be around for a while. I also didn't realize they have been pressing Starflyer too. Burnt Toast seems like a nice little label.
  3. This is probably going to be worse than Green/Yellow and I didn't even think that was possible for them.
  4. As this is my 4th copy I don't really care too much what it sounds like.
  5. Easy buy. I want a patch but I'm not about to pony up on that bundle to get one.
  6. I've only had the chance to listen to it once in my truck at work (some distracting background noise). My first impression is that this isn't as intense as I expected nor did the use the orchestra as much as I wanted. I'll give it a proper listen soon. Even with those things in mind I still liked the album and am excited to get it in the mail.
  7. This sounds weird and awesome. Probably going to get on it. Thanks!
  8. This and VI - De Praestiigis Angelorum LP both coming out on my birthday. Fuckin' dope.
  9. Better a far off ship date than an earlier one listed followed by constant updates of pressing delays.
  10. Wrest isn't the boss of me. I'm going to be cheap. I posted it because other people should get on it, just not me.

  12. I meant that I love post rock and shoegaze in addition to metal but in this song the metal part is the only part that works for me.
  13. The first 3:30 of that song is great. I love post rock and shoegaze but this song just falls apart in the second half. I loved Sunbather but I'm losing interest in this album pretty quickly.
  14. I think it's strange that everyone has a meh attitude towards Blue. I think it has some filler tracks but when it has real songs they have some great moments. The Gnashing is one of my favorite songs.
  15. It's a battle of Tron Legacy threads. I'll give a bump to the underdog.
  16. I sprung for the deluxe bullshit on black/purple. I don't want to have to track down those picture discs on ebay/discogs. I figure it will be cheaper this way in the long run. Or maybe not.
  17. I was on board since Second but I can't prove it. One of the few good things to come out of my wasted time at VLV.
  18. Also what's up with that 10"? Is that new or old? Doesn't matter. I picked that up in white too.
  19. Thanks man. I don't think anyone else is going to go nuts over this which is sad. This will be a contender for my album of the year.
  20. The book for Yellow/Green was also a huge disappointment. I was already incredibly disappointed in the music before I got the album, but I was really looking foreward to a bunch of new Baizley art to eyeball for hours. I understand those pieces were from his early/formative years but not what I was hoping for at all.
  21. Totally not into this on the first listen. I'll give it another shot once the vinyl shows up but I'm thinking this might just end up as a collection piece.
