Watched Earth to Echo today and there is a This Will Destroy You song at the beginning. Just thought I'd point this out as the soundtrack is on vinyl and some TWDY completists might not realize that this happened.

I think Babadook is more intelligent and has so much under the surface than most people give it credit for. This is one of my favorite horror films since Cabin in the Woods. Also, the mom totally wrote the book. The next Evil Dead? It's not trying to be.

Recently rekindled my love affair with metal. Specifically black, death, doom, thrash. Still loving post-rock and I use this place to help me find new indie stuff.

If you don't buy this, you're a sucker.

I love this record but the packaging on it is a bit weak. There are so many stunning images from the film and they just chose a couple of the cast posing. Twice. Regardless I'm glad to finally have it.

I wish there was a library for websites. It would be nice to borrow discogs and just post about stuff only I care about and not have to be entertained by ridiculous goober posts.

Well, it has Hoppipolla on it and the rest is new and old stuff from Jonsi. I have emailed vinyl films about this a couple of times and they say it's happening. Someday.

I already have money set aside for all of these. Given that SIgur Ros is pushing their vinyl catalog now I'd be very surprised if they don't do special edition vinyl versions of at the first three albums and Takk wouldn't surprise me either. They need to put out Peel Sessions, We Bought A Zoo soundtrack, and a rarities collection while they're at it. I'd buy a Simpsons theme 7" too.

Already have money set aside in my Sigur Ros vinyl emergency fund. I'm glad I didn't buy the regular edition.

What is the problem with the packaging? Is it too tall to fit in an Expedit? Is it wide?

Mine is sitting on top of my turntable. It fits nicely on the corner between the platter and my the arm.
