Very nice. I absolutely love REM, I might need to give these another listen. I didn't really give either much of a chance when they were initially released.

As someone who has been selling on ebay for 15 years...why are you having to create new accounts on ebay at all? I sold 0 for the last 3 months and then just sold 2k worth of stuff this past month and my account wasnt suspended...🤷♂️ maybe not "heavy" enough?

There was the 2008 remaster as well when they did the boxset and CD releases. My wife, then gf, bought me the box and that has been my main source of listening for the album, so I can't say for sure how it stands up next to the original, but it sounds pretty damn good.

Yes please x2! CODY is the only hole in my full length collection. Such a great album, but never got a copy of the box set when it was reissued

In the downtown area there's a store called Cheap Thrills that is a pretty cool used book and record store. A little bit outside that area is Fin du Vinyle. I found all sorts of cool stuff there.
Oh man, Cheap Thrills looks pretty great and is extremely close to where she will be! Looks like a 10 minute walk or so. The other one is a little further, only about 15 min driving it seems, but shes pretty adamant about making record shopping a big part of her travels so Im sure that will make the list lol. Much appreciated!

Hey fellow VCers, my wife is traveling to Montreal for work in June and we're wondering if y'all have any recommendations for solid record stores. She's staying at the La Centre Sheraton in what seems to be downtown(?). She has never been and has zero idea on what to expect. Shes mainly depending on walking and public transit, but will probably be Ubering as well. Really looking for any good recs, but always love the ones with good used sections and punk heavy selections. Thanks in advance!

How long did it take DeepDiscount to cancel orders? I ordered Siamese Dream when they popped up there, but have yet to get a cancellation email or a shipped email 🤷♂️

Oh hell yes. Also have the 3x10 but will happily grab a 2xLP release of this. One of the best albums ever written, hands down. Thank you guys for pressing all of their stuff!
