We are hard at work on the final beta release (which you will all get to use and give feedback on as long as you’re a VC member). No time to answer question but it’s going to have all the features most other trade lists are missing (including easy of use) and are so needed! VC is the perfect place to go nuts with this…so why not!
I am super stoked everyone is enjoying years of hard work. From the packaging to the sound quality. It could not have turned out better. I still love the center label on the black 7" best =)
It happens. If you work with as many plants as we do getting the album on time is what is most important IMO. Just happy it did not oversell. Close but we limited inventory as this happens often it seems.
It's a long story but once I got the second set of plates done and the test pressings came in I cranked it as loud as I could and it sounded stellar! I still think the quicksand slip tests sound better than anything I have heard in a long time. Mmmmm jelly =)
Can someone please listen to these and tell me how bloody amazing they sound? I am still blown away with how great lucky lacquers makes these albums sound. The acoustic tracks sound insanely amazing. It's like icing on cake =)
Makes sense. I am just so happy with the sound I am worried if I change the amp it might lose that. I also approve test pressings so it's good to know how the album should sound. Now to the amp suggestion thread haha. Thx!
kind of a dumb question but if i just want more volume and my amp, TT and speakers sound amazing (IMO) will a cheap pre amp do it or will it turn my setup into shit? I think my amp is just low watts per channel..but it sounds great to me.
SRC still has like 10000 of these for stupid cheap. http://www.shopradiocast.com/products/Horace-Pinker-%252d-Local-State-Inertia-LP.html
No more please =/
