Well if you are going to count the tape as a version (I think there are at least 2 variants of the tape FWIW), you may as well acknowledge the CD as well. But other than that, I think you have it covered.

That demo just blew my mind so hard. Its like a collab between Wolves in The Throne Room and Envy. this is now my most anticipated release for 2011 by far. Thank you jake for signing these guys and bringing them to my attention. My life is better because of it.

Yeah, I think its pretty clear they didn't distribute the clears in the exact order the orders were placed (if they are more rare than red). I ordered at the exact same time as a friend, and he got clear and I got red. His also came like a week before mine did. I think they picked random orders out from the first few hours of orders to give clear, or something like that. Maybe the real early birds got the greens, and then they split red and clear for the rest.

Hmm..mine still hasnt shipped yet and I swear I ordered real quickly. For any of you guys that got one can you share the date and time, or at least just the date you ordered so I know whether to shoot an email off or be patient.

Don't be so sure about this dude. I have a test press of this too that I got straight from VC, and it too is also a pic disc in a sleeve, #'d out of 20. So this should be legit, unless Virgil was the one ripping people off, which doesn't seem too likely. He should weigh in on this for confirmation I guess. It did seem odd to me when I got mine that the test press was the actual pic disc...the rest of the bos set "test presses" have all the inner labels and stuff too which was also strange.

Good thing these are shipping immediately. If I had 4 pending orders from the same label at once that would be a personal best

actually...it is. if you were so hellbent on getting the clear, you probably should have taken 30 seconds to do either of the following: a. asked what color it was when you purchased it, or b. checked the record before you left. Right. I was only half sarcastic in my post. If they did in fact have the clear I am kicking myself for not specifying. Keep in mind that although that seems like a simple enough task now, keep in mind that picking up an LP after a converge set, you are a sweaty, dehydrated mess in a hot loud room, standing in a line/mob of 20 other sweaty kids. The desire to ask what color the LP is wasn't in my mind, I just figured it was clear and I would pick one up and bail. Definitely more my fault than the merch dudes, or whatever, but we also have all seen bands put up a simple sign or tape on the LP or whatever that tells you what colors are avail. If they are all just sitting in a pile, you figure they are all the same. This one can be chalked up as my bad, but it leaves a bad taste considering this is my 3rd blue copy I ended up with, the other 2 coming from me getting completely stroked back on the preorder, but no need to get off topic. Oh well. Thanks to Tre for the update. If for some reason the band still has some at MDF, I will be first in line, and will surely ask up front what color it is.

They had clear, and were selling clear. They also have yellow, and baby blue. OK. My fault then for assuming that the "Tour" Version of the LP would actually be the one given to me for buying the LP on the tour.

The early dates did not miss out. They have been selling the clear from day one, along with the highlighter yellow. I beg to differ. I bought the LP at the Worcester show thinking it was this, and I get home to find it was a baby blue. I should have been smart enough to ask before I bought it, but given the other people that were there and said they didn't have clear, I would think we are on to something.
