watched the pilot the other day and loved it. i have high hopes for this show.

this machina news is making me sad. i agree with what was said above, that machina 2 should be put out in the 3x10", 2xLP boxset. or even just the LPs, the 10"s were kinda redundant anyway. machina 2 is in desperate need of a remaster, and the way they've been remastering all this other stuff, it would be amazing! just ugh, please don't rearrange machina 1 and add a bunch of "new" songs to the story, thats dumb.

for me it's as follows: static prevails, singles, clarity, stay on my side, chase this light, damage, invented, bleed american, futures. i don't include the s/t EP, because it's most of it is already on clarity, so it's hard to treat it as a stand alone release. also, went ahead and preordered futures anyway, just to have it, be cause fuck it. i don't hate it at all, but it's easily my least favorite album of theirs. polaris and 23 alone will be worth it.

stoked about a futures repress. not stoked about the colored vinyl, price, and lack of etching. i already own an og static, and the clarity repress. futures is still my least favorite JEW album to this day (including invented), so i really dont want to pay over 40 including shipping, but its still better than the current prices for an og, and i need to complete my collection so....ugh.

my copy of zaireeka came in today, making my Flips collection as complete as i really care to get it.

also if anyone hasn't played the new ducktails yet, you should get it now. i picked it up on ps3 months ago for around $20, and that was still worth it. $5 is a great price.

does anyone know if the copies of jello biafra's "become the media" are still on red/white/blue vinyl? i know i've ordered recent pressings of a few of his releases from them, ("if evolution" for example, which i was expecting to be picture discs) that arrived on black vinyl. just wondering if anyone knows for sure before i place my order, because, as much as i would like to give AT my money, i would also prefer to have the colored vinyl. thanks.
