Not sure which variant to grab either. I wouldn't mind the 180g black but lately I've had just as many noisey black records - especially from Triple Crown. I would save a ton grabbing the standard variant from Amazon if it goes up..hmm!

So jealous. I really wanna pick this up but only really only want Nightmare Ending. Not sure I'd spin the others much.With the Aus exchange and shipping its like over $300. How is the pressing? Any surface noise?

Anyone heard the Black Market Music remaster yet? Saw it today. Read on discog that it didn't sound that great.

I did. My copy had a torn jacket, torn booklet and missing the C/D. I just received my package yesterday and it had a new jacket, new booklet (with Dorothy lyrics stuck on) and the C/D in a paper sleeve. I just changed everything over and pumped I now have a pristine copy!

Ok, this album is amazing. I am addicted! So glad I jumped on the lilac. As a 'Patton' fanatic this is one the best things he's done IMO. There is a lot going on, will take a lot of listens to really get everything out of it. A good thing!

I sent a tweet to Vennart asking if the pledge vinyl packaging was exclusive to the pledge or if it would be the same for retail and that was his response. 'This is IT' to be precise. Hearing the new track 'Newman', the production sounds insane...should sound amazing at 45rpm.

Over $70 for the LP to Australia - ouch! I will pay that for how rad the x ray version sounds but if it turns out the retail is the same and is on Amazon for half the price I will cry. Anyone heard the new track? *Update* OK so turns out there is no retail version and the pledge vinyl is ONLY pressing of this album. No plans for a repress. If you want it, you better not stuff around. Just grabbed it and checked out the new track. Shit it's goooood.

I got my Pale Violet Deluxe in the mail this week. Just gave it a clean and spinning now. Definitely does sound great. My Side D has a bit of noise at the start in the quiet bit which is annoying but clears up pretty quickly and then is fine. Such a beautiful release and great album!

Getting on this now! I have an Oppo HA-2 Portable DAC I use through my Note 4 which plays hi-res files -sounds rad!

Just got my Deluxe Rainbow! Seam split on top of jacket, booklet stuck and tears along the bottom and double A/B also. Yay!

Thinking there might be a pressing issue with this. I picked up a copy from my local store and Side B has a large smear mark across it that makes a click through the whole record. I went back and have now swapped it 3 times but they all have it in the exact same spot! Very annoying. Side A sounds perfect but yeah, Side B is balls. Might just have to get a refund and grab it online.

Woah! It's Sunday and my copy just turned up! It shipped from Amazon.ca via DHL and came in like 3 days! Crazy good. About to give it a clean and a spin!

Good to hear. Hopefully mine arrives next week! Just saw the Deluxe CD in store with the bonus tracks. Forgot this was remastered also - hopefully just minor tweaks as I think this sounds pretty good already.

Ive been having this issue a lot with records lately!

I listened to my red the other night and it sounds great. No issues here at all. Gear is: Rega RP3 w/Groovetracer reference subplatter, Groovetracer acrylic platter, Groovetracer counterweight + 2M Blue cart.

I have 2 copies shipping now haha - One from Canada and one from Amazon. Once can go into quarantine for safe keeping

I just checked my Amazon.ca preorder and the record says shipping in 1-2 months however when I went to click 'cancel order' it said it was preparing to ship so may not be available. I checked Amazon.uk and it says it's in stock however it doesn't say it's 2XLP. Hmm...gonna place and order with Amazon.uk and see if it ships first!

Just listened and love it! Have never listened to these guys before! Due to stupid international shipping I'll preorder from Amazon. Don't really care what variant I get as long as it sounds great. This sounds lush!
