  1. I'm looking for two Moody Blues albums. "To Our Childrens Childrens Children (1969)" and "Days Of Future Past (1967)." The possibilities seem endless. I read that the master tapes for Days Of Future Past were found to be deterioated and virtually unusable in 1978., so remastering took place, and everything released after that time was arguably sub-standard. So, I figure that in both cases I should stick to earlier copy releases. If anyone can help me narrow my search it would be appreciated. Should I be looking for releases from particular countries, specific pressings etc. I don't know a lot about the manufacturing possibilities out there, but I do know when the one I have sounds like crap! 2. I'm looking at a couple of Big Fudge cleaning kits. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B099ZR7BNC/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A273QKJ995LFL7&psc=1 and https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DVSTBXM/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_1?smid=A273QKJ995LFL7&psc=1 The differences that I see are: a stylus brush as opposed to stylus gel, the pouch as opposed to a zippered case, and the brushes, of which I can only really see the brush included with the 4 in 1 kit. Is anyone familiar with these kits, and why, for what it's worth, would the "Professional 5 in 1 kit be less expensive? I used to, way back in the day, have a Discwasher D3. It always seemed to work okay. The brush in this 4 in 1 kit looks similar. Do you think these are any good? I just need something that's fast, and that works fairly well. I've already got the anti-static brush, so I don't need that. Any thoughts, for or against, would be welcome................Dave
  3. I don't doubt that this has been discussed many times, but please bear with me just one more time. I bought many records through the '50s, '60s, and '70s, etc. etc. I was young and couldn't really have cared less about cleaning records. Most of the time they were just all over the floor anyway. Then I went digital, and parted company with my vinyl collection of hundreds of albums. What a dummy! Anyway I'm an old man now, and I've just begun collecting vinyl records again with a much greater reverance for their protection. I guess I need an anti-static brush, and maybe a stylus brush. Any suggestions and comments from you, to help in my search for these brushes would be most appreciated. I want something that works, and has a sensible price attached to it. Any help would be most welcome. Thank you................Old Man.......PS...Just bought Fleetwood Macs "Rumours" album, 180 gram, 45 rpm. Sounds so sweet!
