Got an info from Convulse - asked two days ago. MSPaint is delayed due to sleeve issues but should go out in a week or two 

Northern Scene in Canada sent around a PO status update for all their exclusive releases the other day and it mentioned that MSPaint is delayed. No idea how much of a delay that translates into for domestic US buyers though.
