I got the lyrics to Gold Rush as well. My little brother has better handwriting than Ace apparently does. What's the deal with the way he does his O's? Just one time 'round does it, dude. Just to sum up: -Double the price for the 180 gram -7 month delay -Photocopy of a poorly scratched-out lyric sheet -Received with bent corners -All the other variants weren't even the intended colors (AKA what we ordered) -(assumed) Purposely misleading writing as to what "handwritten lyrics" means I really, really hate to complain about things but this was a blatant fucking. And zero accountability from the dude.

My copy of YCTIWY is black but the sticker read clear. I guess there are two variants? Either way, I don't think either are rare but I for one appreciate your excitement.

Got mine in today. So after more than seven months of having to wait, I open up the package to a photocopy of one song's scrawled-out lyrics. One song. That has 127 words in it. 7 months. Nice joke.

hahaha I love my Frances the Mute glow in the dark version. It doesn't sound the greatest but it was my big Christmas gift from my dad a couple of years back. I was soooo excited haha. I also dig my RSD version of Sometimes by City and Colour. And lastly, for simplicity, I am absolutely enamored with all three variants of Psychic Babble's My Brother's Ears/My Sisters Eyes. Absolutely my favorite records, visually speaking.

There has to be someone on here beside me who ordered both this and American Dream Records' exquisitely-delayed and never explained Gold Rush. Our lives suck, man. ADR/MTS should join forces and create a superlabel.

I don't post often, but I finally got this and I absolutely need to back the sentiment that this is indeed very, very cool. Sounds a beauty as well. Love supporting ETR.

If anyone that's buying tickets to a Canada show would be so kind as to snatch me up one of those beautiful pieces of vinyl, I would appreciate it immensely. City and Colour is one of only two bands I collect variants for and I'd hate to miss out/buy tickets for a show I'm not going to. I have no problem compensating you for your trouble as well. I got two, but neither of mine look like any of the pictures. I assume they are Melted Crayon and Mustard? I think the weirdest looking ones were the rarest haha. Don't have a camera near me right now but one is opaque grey with assorted coloring, and the other is an opaque green with miscellaneous streaks of the same colors as the gray. Interesting records, stoked to have them. Thanks!

Got mine today and as a lot of people have been wondering, unfortunately it does not fit into my Expedit. Disappointing, sure, but this box set is so awesome it's easy to see past.

I got my white copy about a week ago. Not impressed by them at all. The record itself looks pretty sweet, but man do they suck at customer service. Not cool. Hope you get yours soon.

Sweeeet! Where are you and what store? I live in Tucson and I shop at Zia Records. The lady called me while I was away from my phone and left a voicemail saying, "...you won the vinyl..." and I guess I assumed too quickly that it was the white one. What I won was actually just the RSD single 12" version hahaha. Disappointing, especially considering how jazzed out of my mind I was, but still pretty sweet to win something anyway.

I am so excited! I just got a call from my local record store and they pulled my name for the Fleet Foxes raffle they had. Can't believe I won the vinyl!

I was wondering the same thing. Ordered the special white one the first night available and I still have nothing to show for it. I've seen pictures of people with theirs, too. I got a semi-response from American Dream Records' Twitter, but nothing of any real value yet. Hopefully they let us know the deal soon. As crappy as it sounds, I'm glad I'm not the only one. Thought it got lost in the mail or something haha.
