If this was any label other than Arctic Rodeo, I'd hold out for a US press. But I love these guys for being J Robbins nerds like me so I'm ordering the box without putting too much thought into it. Guess I can sell my sealed original of Silver Sweepstakes, eh? Think I got the last one from Alias back when they were still selling the remnants of their stock!

They could add Boys + Girls and Electric Pink (plus the b-sides from Wood/Water and whatever unreleased stuff is kicking about) to Horse Latitudes and make a proper singles collection out of it.

If they found some room to include "Tell Shipwreck I'm Sorry" on Black Out I'd be one happy emo.

Saw these guys open for Protomartyr/Cloud Nothings the other night. Totally blew me away. Bought the record (the Royal Mountain press on black is apparently what they had). Don't sleep on seeing this band live if you get the chance.

Jade Tree seems to have no interest in being a profitable record label in 2015. Could cash in on this emo revival shit big time with their '90s/early '00s catalog. I guess if that means I keep my originals rather than shelling out for $35 represses on splattered split colored vinyl I'm okay with it but my copies of Nothing Feels Good and Orange Rhyming Dictionary are well-worn! And great news on the new record. The band doesn't know this, but "Paraphenalia" was inches away from becoming the song of a popular Milwaukee-based seasonal beer last summer... In retrospect, I'm glad I lost that battle.

That story sounds reasonable to me. Didn't Braid do that with their first record way back when, too?

Sorry to bump but does anyone have this remaster and an opinion of how it sounds compared to the one Epitaph released in '09 or so? Also, why on earth hasn't the first record been repressed yet?

My Death Cab order at CC was cancelled and then shipped as well. Tried to reorder via email and dude was like, "Try calling, you may have better luck" and I never did which is lucky I guess. I think the reason I got a cancellation email is that I also had the Modest Mouse Lonesome Crowded West in my order which was indeed cancelled. The cancellation email showed all three records but I think it just meant that one. Maybe that's the confusion?

I am a superfan, but no longer a sucker for multiple copies of the same record. Usually just go for the rarest if its available so I can brag to my 0 friends who care about such things. I miss supercollecting but my bank account does not!

Were there pressing numbers on this posted anywhere? Not a big deal, just trying to decide which versions to get as a Jawbox superfan. Also, anyone have any experience with the shirt company? Wondering if European mediums run smaller than US ones because we're all fatasses.

I'm definitely in the Record of the Year camp on this one. Listened to it on repeat from the day it came out for a couple weeks, only breaking to listen to new episodes of Serial. This record is an unholy jam.

Packaged within spec. It bent because it got wet and dude must have dropped it. Poster's ruined too but I didn't care about that. Having a bad water week so far as my upstair's neighbor's shower decided to drain into my ceiling and through my bathroom's exhaust fan. I'd move to Arizona if it wasn't full of racist, homophobic bigots!

Listening to this for the first time and it's noisy as hell. Also pretty significantly warped. Anyone else having issues?

This seller has listed several lots of 10, including one he switched to an auction. The auction went for $50. Wasn't aware there was an issue with that pressing though- I'll check the VW thread for deets!
