I had kind of forgotten there were even any allegations too honestly, and it looks to me like:
 
Dude who hasn't grow up gets drunk and acts like a teenager, sends some unsolicited nudes to another adult, situation gets blown out of proportion.
 
I never want to minimize the harm anyone may have experienced, but this sounds like something that happens literally all the time to people, and while it sucks it became more of a big deal because of who Chris is.

Don't want to put oil on the fire but let me get this straight. The "allegation" was so irrelevant that you already forgot in 2 years (like everyone else did), but now that you are reminded you are considering a cancel even though you don't even remember what it was about? Interesting take...

I know its not the site for it but the Zach Bryan - American Heartbreak is wonderful. I lumped it in with bro-country and its really good Americana with callbacks to some of the classic country artists as well. It will be in my top 5 with Lenderman, Soccer Mommy, Mitski, Alvvays

As someone who has been selling on ebay for 15 years...why are you having to create new accounts on ebay at all?  I sold 0 for the last 3 months and then just sold 2k worth of stuff this past month and my account wasnt suspended...🤷‍♂️ maybe not "heavy" enough?

Not in the Discord, but saw the Twitter post that is lacking any of the passive aggressiveness displayed here. Funny to see the difference between the more publicly viewed post and this one.
Have always loved Topshelf and will continue to support them, but I really feel like if there were any orders to make sure were fulfilled completely, it would be the AGBPOL vinyl that we have had ordered for almost 18 months at this point. Yes, I know most of it was out of their control. Yes, I am coming off a bit spoiled and entitled here. Yes, is it the end of the world to wait another month or so? No, not really.
But to say I am not disappointed and rubbed the wrong way a little by the Discord post, especially after all of the updates over the past few months insisting they were coming in and shipping soon, and having to check in on my order regularly because there was never any public update that the splatter and black were delayed, would be a lie.

Because anyone willing to work for free is too young to know what the fuck Drive Thru Records is.

yes please! hopefully this means the other albums are gonna get a pressing at some point! 

Or just continue to wait?
 
I love supporting this label, so I'm keeping all my current PO's active through Topshelf. Hell, that money is already long gone out of my bank account.
I'm sure they will have a flood of cancellation emails, and that is just added stress to an already shitty situation.
Hoping the best for Kevin, Seth, and the crew, but this will take time and money to get sorted out.
All we can do right now is continue to be patient, help spread the word, and if able, donate to their Kickstarter.

The special box set includes a remastered vinyl edition of 11:11, 2LP collection of live performances entitled Papa's Bootlegs, including never-before-heard or released songs from the 11:11 era—recorded by Regina's father—a full-color lyric booklet with liner notes, reproductions of original fliers, art, doodles and photos. The album cover for Papa’s Bootlegs was hand drawn by Spektor’s friend Seth Avett of The Avett Brothers.
“For years, I was relieved that this little record, made with friends while at university, got lost to time. It felt more like an old yearbook photo than something to be shared,” says Spektor.

At their show last night, Ben announced that they're pressing their S/T album to be released this year as a 20th Anniversary Edition, 'but we're Lucero so everything got fucked up.' He said it's scheduled to be out by the end of the year, but supply chain and manufacturing issues might push it to early next year, so then it'll be a 21st Anniversary pressing.
 
I didn't think this was pressed on vinyl originally, so stay tuned!

While I agree that Facts is grossly under appreciated, everyone knows that Transatlanticism is this band’s peak. I will not be taking questions, thank you.
