  1. My favorite picture. Frankie and the bearded dragon are best friends.
  2. This is Frankenstein, she is so sleepy right now.
  3. Weinerdog's advice is spot on. That's not an answer anyone can really answer. What kind of mileage and pace are you currently running? Thanks. Keep running and adding mileage and it is crazy how much you can improve.
  4. Those hills will be good for your training. I love running hills they make you such a better runner and stronger.
  5. Ha ha thanks. I really wanted to break 1:30, but I set a realist goal as 1:35,so I was happy with it. Now, I got my sights set on a sub 20 5k this weekend.
  6. The half marathon yesterday was really a fun experience. It was the Rumspringa 13.1 in Adamstown, Pa. It was one of the coolest experiences I've ever had during a race. It was really cool running along the Amish in there horse and buggies or on their bicycles on there way to church. It was a beautiful course through Amish farmland. I finished 24th overall out of 382 with a chip time of 1:34.55. Also, I'm glad more people are starting to get out there and everyone is doing good work.
  7. This was from the half marathon yesterday. This was from the 1st 5k of the season from a few weeks ago. This is the route where I base most of my runs. For my long run I usually just double it.
  8. I'll post the elevation of the race I just ran yesterday and the chart from my usual routes when I get home from work.
  9. Where do you upload your workouts? If it has a phone app you could take a screenshot and post it.
  10. Haven't been running as much as I would like, trying to keep my legs fresh for the half this weekend. Hopefully, after that I can start increasing my mileage again.
  11. I believe the confusion is in the second statement. Did they steal stuff or take a shit in your car?
  12. I approve of all these pictures. More beards and cats. }
  13. Ha ha thanks, official time was posted I actually finished 20:06. The Gentleman I would read as much as I could. I actually need to pick a Pfitzinger book. I recommend the Daniel's Running Formula book and Run Faster from the 5k to the Marathon by Hudson and Fitzgerald. (You) only faster by McMillan is also a good read. It is a step by step book on making your own running plan that would benefit you the best.
  14. I believe she said she wanted to eat some dunkaroos **damn it. you beat me.
  15. Looks to me like you are doing everything right and smart. But, really how would I know. There are a lot of good books out there that give a lot of good information. Most of my runs are easy runs, a speedwork day, and a long run. Most important thing is to just bump up that mileage. My mileage in the 30s with the stupid weather, so I'll hopefully be able to bump it up into the 40s and 50s.
