  1. I think Toby is the most notoriously vague guy in the industry regarding pressing info/variants, or lack there of. I believe he just doesn't like that game. That said, if anyone would be willing to pick me up a copy of this, I would be greatly indebted. Because I do enjoy that game, and really want to hear this record
  2. Haven't had a chance to listen to this yet, but I'm incredibly excited to do so. Sounds like they somehow managed to top 'Go To Prison'. Fat is killing it, with these guys, along with nabbing Direct Hit!
  3. I get the same warning. Will definitely check out. Congrats man! That's a game changer!
  4. Finally! From Asian Man: Tuesday- Back in print for the first time in many many years! This is the pre-alkaline trio band fronted by Dan Andriano. Also features Rob Kellenberger and Matt Stamps from Slapstick. This new pressing consists of 300 on Red/Blue split color and 100 on Purple/Blue split color(less than 30 left as of this posting) http://asianmanrecords.storenvy.com/collections/197073-12-inch-vinyl Broadways- Back in print for the first time in 8 years. 500 on clear blue with Black Smoke The Broadways from Chicago, Il. RIP http://asianmanrecords.storenvy.com/collections/197073-12-inch-vinyl Slapstick- Highly influential Chicago band from the 90's. Members went on to form Lawrence Arms, Alkaline Trio, Colossal, Honor System and many more. 5. I bit on both of these hard. Don't mind helping the people behind the music out at all-knowing it's going directly to them- after years and years of them having to fight for their own intellectual property.
  6. Just grabbed Pears. Happened to check the Fat page and lo and behold
  7. This is up! Couple variants to choose from. Cannot wait to hear this. http://www.deadbrokerecords.com/store/index.php?app=cms&ns=display
  8. Probably wouldn't be nearly as much complaining if those folks were young twenty-something Sears & Roebuck models
  9. They're from the UK. I'm fairly confident the name is taken from 'The Hudsucker Proxy', which if anyone hasn't seen it, I highly suggest you do. All of the Coen Brothers back catalogue for that matter. This group is really great either way. Excited to hear this.
  10. Newsletter yesterday said they held back maybe ten copies, as to not oversell, which will more than likely go up in late March, after the records are in and all orders are packed. Travis said he vastly underestimated the pressing number when he put in an order to the plant, so I can't imagine a repress is far off at all.
  11. Already sold out?!! I've got everything these guys have doled out so far, and was really looking forward to grabbing these. Here's hoping for a secret stash
  12. Twenty minute version of Tonight's the Night, wow. I've gotta pick this up sooner than later
  13. Awesome, I'll definitely be grabbing these. Love the band, love the label!
  14. Best of luck him. My wife just had a mastectomy last week and it's turned our little life upside down. Not cool at all.
  15. Ha, ya beat me with Duluth! I was just going to say Dylan and leave it at that, but I'll add a couple for posterity: Trampled By Turtles - Songs From A Ghost Town(I saw them a LOT around town in 2004, this album holds a special spot with me. Haley Bonar - The Size Of Planets David Dondero - Simple Love Black Eyed Snakes - Its The Black Eyed Snakes The Black Labels - no actual albums, but a fucking amazing bar band. The Keep Always - The Keep Always Loup Garou - ST ep
  16. Look at the green square, go with your gut, trust the Lord above, and eat your vegetables. Everything else will sort itself out.
  17. This set is an absolute beast. I love it, one of my favorite pieces
