  1. I rarely participate in these rants, but just want to put something out there. What happen to letting artist write lyrically from there life experience? I think many people regardless if they are religious, Christian or former religious folks share a similar life outlook as Dustin. I for one am curious if with all the life change that went down with Mars Hill that we see a more "Bazan" type lyrical album. I will still be buy the vinyl as everyone else on here, haters and all, will be.
  2. Ordered as soon as I got the text, love this stuff JNR is putting out! VIP is well worth the price!
  3. Yeah I think at this point this project would cost him more than its worth. It's not like he has the $4300 sitting in an account. So just the cost to record and send product would cost at least that much. Like you all have said honesty would be nice( and maybe free Appleseed tixs)
  4. That NJ/MWOU split is a tough one to get. I just kept finding people with it on trade list and finally found someone willing to sell. I still remember going to see these bands on tour (NJ just changed names from Lutikriss) and saw the vinyl for sale for $5. Wasn't collecting then, funny that it is now so elusive.
  5. In for one red/smoke. I love that BCR charges fair prices. $16.50 PPD!
  6. Got my package and everything seems great, nice finished product. In my experience with JNR they package pretty well. But once it in USPS hands, who knows what's going to happen.
  7. I can tell JNR value their loyal customers, nothing but impressed with the VIP membership so far. Was able to snag a child bite tour LP and free tape of course!
  8. I thought BRMC was crazy with their $250 wood print signed, but $450!!! Who buys these expensive pre-orders?! That being said I'm in for 2.
  9. Got this email today: The official band pre-order for "Specter At The Feast" is now up on the BRMC Website There are a variety of package options to chose from, including two very limited edition bundles that feature special wood art prints. "Specter At The Feast" will be released on March 18th and all orders will come with a digital download of the album, including bonus tracks and content on release day. While on the site - check out the Fifth Installment of the "Specter At The Feast" Short Film Series that debuted today, and download the "Let The Day Begin - EP" for free. I ordered just the vinyl. I love this band, great live shows, but I can't justify $250 for a etched piece of wood or even $50 for a shirt and LP. $37 shipped is a bit much, but like I said love this band.
