Keep your house at a normal temp and humidity and you will be fine. You don't grow mold on cabinets or anything else indoors in humid climates unless you are clueless. Ac and a dehumidifier is really all you need. Sleeves are not going to do anything

I hope you mean fall of 2023 because you certainly are not getting that pressed anytime soon. As you have no experience and a plant that is overworked isn't going to bother with a one off project I would use a broker like pirate press to handle all your needs from lacquer cutting to test press to actual press to jackets. You need a one-stop shop.

I can't believe that people think 10 years later someone is replacing a copy of their record for free, as if the intent of this repress was for that issue. They corrected and offered replacements for the issue way back. BTW, my copy never had IGD on it

I was hesitant on this album especially after the last album being pretty bland including the horrible "new song". No idea why they ever decided to write that song as well as release it as a single. It just seemed like an amateur undeveloped idea with no checks and balances as a band for what is good. The new album follows the same path with not many memorable moments at all and as said in the thread a joining of different ideas recorded as individuals and slammed together to make a song. The first record and EP were fantastic. The st was good. Band has been on the decline since with this being their worst outing

Did you see anything else about other reissues from them? Essential NY label in mid 90s with Bad Trip, Die 116, Mind Over Matter, Milhouse, Stillsuit, Yuppicide but I doubt much of this has an audience in 2022. I have to look but I think the original SM was released on Exit that put out excellent releases from Indecision, Motive, Sons of Abraham and Tripface

Growing up in the NYC/LI area, I must have seem Silent majority at least 20 times. This record was so important to my teen years
