$200 isnt a huge gamble, I spent $600 on one about 8 years ago that wasnt motorized and overall should have just bought a VPI. I would not buy another machine designed for a different purpose that was modified to clean vinyl, but thats just my experience. Also looks like there are some smaller ones that clean 4 records at a time for about 160, probably worth it as long as you can rinse them and arent expecting too much

I know its not the site for it but the Zach Bryan - American Heartbreak is wonderful. I lumped it in with bro-country and its really good Americana with callbacks to some of the classic country artists as well. It will be in my top 5 with Lenderman, Soccer Mommy, Mitski, Alvvays

Yeah Im bad about this too, and I think you are right about coverage under homeowners but they cap that at some point so you may be sacrificing coverage somewhere else. As my collection has grown (also guitars and music 'stuff') ive thought about an add-on policy just dont know where to look or what to go with
