exactly my thoughts. whatever, at least it's still LA 2 cups, ducks 1 and san jose 0. :-/ i'm mentally prepared already for dark days to come back. i'm sure it was huge. job security is def helpful. it's why players always leave us even for just a little bit longer elsewhere.

sorry! couldn't have been felicity because she was seen at the beginning of the season after Ollie visits the grave and gets in the car with her. she's crying and agrees they need to go after darhk for payback. that is really surprising about cutting Katie cassidy's character. are they gonna have Sarah come back every now and then to fill the black canary hole...? they sort of addressed that when she got offered the DA job and it was said that she didn't need to grieve over Sarah's death anymore through masked vigilantism. I totally thought her last chat with Oliver was indicating a plan with a magic potion, too. oh well!

my husband and i were huge fans of sense field. we used to (and still do) send mixes with sense field songs on them to each other. pretty gutted. what a shitty year for musicians going this is turning out to be.

other than warhen's post, has anyone seen his recent solo show and think it's REALLY worth a go? i like half of gaslight's studio work, like his solo work and am contemplating seeing him when he comes to town feb 17. i saw the gaslight anthem back in 2008 when they played with thrice and alkaline trio and i was way bored by their set, which was disappointing. i'd be willing to go to the show featuring him and "the crowes" (which is what the show is billed as) if it's going to be more entertaining... what i'm asking is how does it compare to GLA circa '08 (or now? i wouldn't know, i haven't given it another chance)?

legends kind of bored me. too much going on with all the different characters. i loathingly watched heroes reborn and that had too much going on with each character's arc, too. i'll give it another chance with the next episode or 2 since the first is always an intro, but i might drop it. my husband says the same about the flashbacks in arrow. he doesn't like them. personally, i enjoy them and i think it contributes to the story overall. i was really not into the lazarus pit thing with thea coming back and then sarah. i'm glad ra's al ghul's daughter destroyed it. i'm intrigued by damien darhk's character. no idea who's in the grave, but diggle or lance are good guesses. can't see it being laurel or thea.
