My experience with .com and B&N I've had both it just depends.

I thought it had a lot of potential but relied too much on the concept to carry the movie. I agree and I was surprised, pleasantly.

Yeah I saw that, I was pleasantly surprised when I watched it as I don't usually have high expectations for those movies.

That's the biggest gripe I've heard about the 48fps, and The Hobbit in general, that it looks cartoony compared to the LOTR movies where they used a lot of makeup and props instead of CGI
