the red one at least like kinda goes but the blue and friggin electric green ones just don't make any sense

particularly w/r/t Downward and Inlet, I'm very ok with 52- and 55-minute albums not being on a single 33 RPM disc. and ultimately as thesecrets0308 noted, if they're being extremely meticulous about the quality of this release I'm all for having that reflected in the format choice.

this having "Cities" and "Big Business/I Zimbra" is HUGE

If a large number of the records you have skip fairly regularly, the thing my mind immediately jumps to is that your tonearm weight is miscalibrated. If your turntable is really cheap you might not be able to adjust it at all. If you have an adjustable counterweight, etc. on your turntable, check out the manual to see how to properly adjust it, and hopefully that will help.

just noticed that Bull Moose is selling the newer-announced lighter-colored "orchid marbled" variant, so maybe the "violet marbled" that was the original version on the webstore is webstore-exclusive?

this is absolutely giving the same vibes as that "new" Midnights variant that's just because the color didn't come out exactly as expected

finally got my shipping notice

I finally heard back after emailing directly and not as a reply to the order confirmation. They told me there was a delay receiving all the vinyl at the warehouse but they have it in and should be shipping in the next few days.

I've emailed them 3 times and haven't heard anything back. I'm real close to initiating a chargeback.

Don't know why I didn't think to check Discogs, duh. I'll email them about it. Thanks!

Am I crazy or has no one else received/gotten shipping notice for the cloudy clear w/ cream/green/blue splatter variant? I checked my email and looked through the thread and haven't seen mention of a ship date on this one. And of course all trace of the variant has been removed from the store so I can't look it up there.

lucky for me I like the green splatter variant this time more than the yellow one I missed out on because I was airporting that day.
