  1. Still up at Amoeba for now. Use code rack6 for 10% off, brings the total down to 29.68
  2. @brokenmaps for a nature themed photo posted every day during 2016. @theurbanaffair for city/urban environments.
  3. Not gonna lie, I think that card is great. So I decided to take on a daily posting challenge by way of a new Instagram account for all things nature and exploration, trying to stick to seasonal postings as I go. Gotta say, having to comb through my archives to create new images and sticking to the square format is quite fun, a lot of good things have come from images I had previously overlooked and given no thought to. Only twelve days in right now, so we'll see how long this every day thing can last… Might have to plan some trips to grab some new shots. If you're into mountains and that sort of imagery, feel free to take a gander or follow along for the ride (sorry, I know there's an instagram thread somewhere, but these are all real works I've taken with my camera. No selfies here.).
  4. Been about eight months, might as well plug again: http://instagram.com/photogage
  5. Pretty sure I have a stress fracture in my left shin, which is devastating with summer running coming into full swing.
  6. With the warm weather finally coming back over the last month, I've been loving getting some decent runs in outside, 3-6 miles and such. Been having terrible shin splints, though, enough to keep me out of running the last week and a half so I can 'heal' a bit which has been tough, especially seeing so many other people out running by me. Never used to get shin splints until last summer, don't know if I need a different kind of shoe (definitely realize this is a major possibility), change my running style, or what. Anyone else encounter this often and have recommendations to alleviate and prevent shin splints?
  7. KBS on tap tonight! Had my fair share…so so so good and heavy hitting. Love it!
  8. Was able to obtain four bottles this year.
  9. If the site will ever log me in then I might be able to consider my options. So who knows, I might sign up.
  10. The album itself is fantastic, the pressing just has no punch or depth whatsoever to do it justice. It really is disappointing.
  11. Anyone find this pressing to be fairly lackluster? Just doesn't have much depth or richness to it, in my opinion.
  12. THIS. Not gonna lie, kinda sad the finale was the other week… My Strange Addiction is damn awesome as well. Highly recommended.
  13. Seem to be hovering right around the supposed average age at 28. Hurray for being average! Wait…
  14. Had some Cuvee Des Jacobins this weekend in Chicago. Holy damn what a great sour. Picked up a four pack before leaving town. Also, Bourbon County Barleywine is unbelievably good.
  15. A few shots from the snow emergency apocalypse hoopla thing that occurred Sunday here in Indianapolis.
  16. ^ Same here. Currently at 160 quintillion dollars.
  17. Nice! Definitely approve of both those options. Somehow CBS and KBS are two beers that have escaped me over the years. One day it will happen (I hope).
  18. Trying to decide what my beer list will be over the Christmas holiday. So far thinking: Bell's 2012 Black Note New Belgium La Folie (Lips of Faith Series) Goose Island 2011 Lolita Goose Island 2013 Bourbon County Coffee Goose Island 2013 Backyard Rye Anyone else planning on busting out some good stuff for the holidays?
  19. Just awesome stuff. http://instagram.com/photogage
  20. Current top ten (subject to change): 1. Local Natives - Hummingbird 2. Los Campesinos - No Blues 3. The National - Trouble Will Find Me 4. On an on - Give In 5. Hellogoodbye - Everything is Debatable 6. Little Tybee - For Distant Viewing 7. Sigur Rós - Kveikur 8. Dodos - Carrier 9. Washed Out - Paracosm 10. Ivan & Alyosha - All the Times We Had
  21. Had a Bell's Cherry Stout this evening. Seems to be a lot of conflicting reviews floating around, a lot of people complain of too much cherry and tartness/sour yet mine was practically a thick chocolate stout with an ever so slight tartness on the end with no taste of cherry whatsoever. Still thoroughly enjoyed it, but I might need to find a few different bottles and see what's up with the batches…I like a bit of cherry sourness.
  22. The entire Enjoy By series is fantastic and never disappoints. So smooth and easy drinking while full of flavor with a great aroma. One of my favorite double IPAs. Only had a few, 4.01.13 and 9.13.13 with a 12.13.13 in the fridge that I plan on having very soon. Also, recently picked up some of the sour variants from Goose Island, Lolita and Juliet. Anyone had these before?
  23. Schlafly Tasmanian IPA is fucking delicious. If you've had and enjoy Zombie Dust from Three Floyd's you will very much enjoy this, fairly comparable.
  24. I do not have the coconut, that was a Chicago only release I do believe. Would love to try King Henry…
