  1. The peach definitely looks a little less vibrant in that photo because of the lighting. Despite that, my A/B is definitely more pale than typical peach, but my C/D is a little more orangey than usual. Looks awesome regardless. The hype around this definitely is interesting. Almost everyone who got in early got a copy, but I heard no chatter about it in line. Not sure if a lot of people didn't know the circumstances of the release, or if everyone knew and was just trying to keep it quiet so they could get theirs.
  2. Appreciate all the info in this thread. Was able to grab a copy of this and get it signed in Charlotte the other night. The M&G started maybe 10 minutes after they let us in, and they encouraged everyone to head to merch first. The venue I was at didn't have a coat check, so I wrapped it in the shirt and hoodie I bought, clipped my bag to my belt and prayed for the best, hah. Surprisngly enough it survived almost entirely unscathed after being on the front lines all night. It was my 19th time seeing Coheed and they were awesome as per usual. Such nice, personable guys to talk to as well, of course. Only jammed the first track since it's been a busy few days, but the remaster sounds pretty awesome. The vocals shine even more than they already did, I feel. Unnecessary pictures:
  3. Going to this tour tonight and I'm stoked. I've got Platinum entry and was just wondering - do they do all the meet and greet stuff immediately? Just curious if I can grab a copy of this before everything starts, so I can get them to sign it for me.
  4. I wish I could justify owning 2 copies of this. I'd love to just buy it today, but I'm hitting up one of the earlier shows on the tour, so it shouldn't be too hard to get that variant. I'm so stoked that this actually happened. Band is the best at coming through with cool stuff.
  5. I just checked for the hell of it, and saw that seafoam was back up, so I grabbed one. A few minutes later it was out of stock again, though. I'm hoping I was just lucky enough to catch one of a few copies going back up, rather than a glitch, but we'll see... Edit: Got a cancellation email about 3 hours later.
  6. Really excited about this. I'll grab both, but mostly looking forward to getting my hands on Three Cheers. Kinda hoping they use the original cover art for it, as I wasn't into what they did with the packaging on the first pressing. It would be cool if they end up going with some awesome color schemes for these too, lots potential for something impressive.
  7. Yeah, I got that cancellation email as well. A few weeks ago I updated my payment method, and in the confirmation email for that, it said the expected delivery date was the week of 8/12, so I still had some hope, but to no avail. Ah well, getting this for this price would've been pretty cool.
  8. Same here. Ordered on the 8th, albeit a little later than most, but still reads as "Not Yet Shipped". Bummer.
  9. I love Vanna and think this album rules. Ordered this a while ago, anxious for it to show up!
  10. Pulled the trigger on grabbing one of these from Amazon. It would be awesome if there's no strange happenings afoot and we can all actually get theses for this price. Would love to own this but the price from MOV is far too steep.
  11. Threw this together real quick using that template that got posted. A bit of an ambitious variant, I suppose. I tried to go off the subtle colors on the cover, with the black from the illustration, while hoping it didn't come out too gaudy, haha. I think clear w/ pink/blue/yellow/black could be rad too. Anyways, I would love to see this get pressed one day, as it's one of my favorite records ever. Too bad it'll probably never happen. I miss these guys and I'm bummed I never got to see them play.
  12. Fantastic news. This is my 2nd favorite record of all time, and I'm glad it's finally getting pressed. Always thought it was odd they didn't press this upon its release, considering everything else got the vinyl treatment pretty much immediately. Can't wait to hear more about this.
  13. This is a cool thread. The MCR stuff, specifically Three Cheers with the original artwork would be the coolest. Sing The Sorrow is my favorite record ever, so I'd be stoked if that happened. Adeline did it back in 2003, so I can't imagine it would be entirely unlikely for someone to get the rights or for them to just repress it. In a perfect world, they would have repressed it with the silver cover for the 10 year anniversary, but alas, no dice. If everyone's just throwing out ideas, I'd love to see some un-pressed Vagrant stuff get done. More FATA, the Emanuel stuff (even though I'd be the only one stoked), the Reggie records that didn't get pressed, etc...
  14. What did Glassjaw do to piss people off? I follow them rather closely, but wasn't aware of any controversy surrounding their latest LI show.
  15. Was hoping for clear w/ black smoke. (joking)
