I’ve been hunting a good used copy of this particular album on what I believe was the Hot Topic exclusive color but I haven’t been able to turn anything up. Does anyone have a copy they’d be willing to sell that’s in VG+ or better condition? If so, slide on into my DMs!

You're clearly new to the concept of Brand New threads on the boards, but that's okay.  This topic will probably break 100 pages minimum, and remain active for a good while.  Especially come October.  General forum etiquette also suggests that you don't go into popular threads and tell people to cease discussion.  Buckle up or piss off; those are really your two options here.

Yes. 

The fact that it will be readily available on CD at some point sort of sucks some of the fun out of it.  I think another factor of the appeal – to me – is that it's literally the only physical representation of the album floating around out there until October.  That's kind of cool.  But if I had one, I'm not even sure I'd get around to playing it.  I'm essentially crossing my fingers for an insert and an envelope that someone over at PTM hand-numbered.  Again, I'd love to own it, but the combination of those things are nowhere near $200+ to me.  I'm demoting myself to tier-2 Brand New fandom.
 
Against better judgement, I probably would've sprung for that white Aussie variant if my New Years Resolution wasn't "stop buying so many variants".  For like the last 3 years in a row now.

We didn't know what we were paying for in the first place and we still threw money at our computers, so why spoil the fun now? I'm excited by the surprise. I might even steer clear of the thread/social media if they keep it a secret all the way up until they start showing up.

I paid for the intrigue.

I went to the show, but missed these. Great.

I had a poster taken from my room at one point that was the coolest Brand New poster and my favorite of any I'd ever had before. It was from the four tour dates in Sep 2011 on the west coast and had a mole dropping bombs out of an airplane and said Mole Gets His Wings on it. I wish that was never taken from me

BTW - technically if you think someone is going to trade a ticket to a 350 cap show for a show where the cap is 2000+ maybe YOU are the one who is delusional.

I am sure that that's an easy mixup, even with the substantial value difference that you pointed out.  
 
And I think it was slightly above 100. And I said I was eager and willing to negotiate. 

This is the same guy who tried to sell me a Quiet Things 7" as a Jude Law 7", and then denied my offer (which was higher than eBay prices for the red Quiet Things 7") because it was too low. Seeking reason from him may be asking too much.

Look, all I'm trying to do is help a friend out that had someone to go with to the NJ show who backed out after the tickets were purchased. She decided she wants to go to the Brooklyn one instead.

Also, I didn't try to sell you something that it wasn't, I just looked at the side that was facing up, which happened to be Jude Law -- the b side of that 7".
Also, if you think you're gonna get a black Jude Law 7" for the price you offered (which was, I believe, less than $100) you're either stupid or delusional.
