  1. Not sure if people are interested but just in case, tickets can be found at ticketfly.com for 17.50.
  2. Wow you're so cool for your negative input. Yeah I like Hawthorne Heights, no I'm not a girl in my mid 20's and so what if I did like em when I was a teen?. I liked there stuff before their band member died much more than I like there stuff after his death. So you get jollies over putting other people down for their taste in music? THAT'S sad.
  3. If they are playing at Mt. View then I'll check em out for sure. I wonder if I could get one of my Saying Sorry 7" signed by Hawthorne Heights, would be super badass.
  4. Those are the ones I'm also looking forward to seeing, especially Silverstein, Chiodos and Motion City Soundtrack. Thanks for the tip, ya water is key. My wristband for LA rising came off at the beginning of the show. And I was on the field near the stage and so I had my friends get me water n food cause I was worried security wouldn't let me back in :/
  5. Probably the most pain I've felt was after I had a total thyroidectomy after my senior year in high school. The surgery was suppose to be quick and I was to awake in my hospital room but I awoke in the ICU with a breathing tube and catheter in me. During the surgery the doctor cut my trachea. Pulling out that breathing tube was painful as all hell, worse than the catheter. It took almost an hour of coughing/choking before they could take it out of me.
  6. The Fire is a good album. St. Anthony and New Years Eve are some of my faves on that album.
  7. That's understandable, I can stand heat but not that much :/
  8. Who did you see? I've always wanted to go cause the only other fest I've been to was L.A. Rising two summers ago. That was a sick show. I might go to Outside Lands if the lineup is good/ I can afford it. I'm going to the one in Mt. View. At the Shoreline Amphitheater.
  9. Anyone on the west coast going to any of the tour dates this year? If so, who are you planning to see? I'm bummed that I won't see The Used and Bowling for soup, excited to see Hawthorne Heights, Reel Big Fish, Goldfinger and Big D and the Kids Table.
  10. Huh interesting, I guess I'll pass it off to one of my friends.
  11. So I'm a little confused, did this also come with a download card? Cause I got a small card with an access code. The reason I'm confused is because I was also emailed a link to download this album.
  12. I believe someone said a few pages back that HT will get them in a few weeks.
  13. Thanks for clarifying. I know it was a dumb question to ask :/
  14. Ya, the college I'm going to has a decent film program but I also do feel that I can learn a lot of what a classroom would teach me from theory books and movies. Currently I'm an Intern at the Film Commission's Office here in Arcata in Humboldt County. I've been paying much attention to tips and advice the Film Commissioner has been giving to me. I'm learning a lot of the permits and legalities with filming, at least in California. I'm looking at my big steps I'm taking with a clear and open mind. I'm also being resourceful. Learning as much as I can without having to feel a big dent in my wallet. All in all, I just want to know that the school I'm going to has professors that know there shit. Currently right now at the community college I'm at, my video production teacher knows his stuff and has also been giving good tips and advice when it comes to filming techniques. Thanks for your input, its always good to hear from others their thoughts on similar matters.
  15. Got mine in today, eh the cover looks alright. Sure, it looks like crap but at least I got LP1 and LP2. But I can't help but wonder, so far how many problems arose from this? Jacket-Pixelated Center Labels- Misprinted (What Is It to Burn?) LPs-Some people got double LP1 or 2 Epic fail.
  16. Ahhhh, well if I don't like the color ill probably get the HT variant and sell/trade the SRC variant. Maybe lol.
  17. 5,000 copies are being made and so the 1,000th 2,000th, 3,000th, 4,000th and 5,000th ones will have this seal, hmmm interesting.
  18. Making life decisions is tough. I'm currently finishing up my associates degree at a community college in Humanities and Communications. I want to go to a nice film school because what I really want to get into is Film/Music. Shit costs waaaaay too much money and if I try to pursue this then I'm faced with the decision: should I take loans out the ass and jump into an expensive film school? Or try and find other ways to get into the Film industry? I don't know. For the longest time I've been back and forth between music and film because I try and be realistic about whether or not I can make a living doing either. I have a small amount of fear that if I make one decision it will lead me to just failure and disappointment. However, I'm learning also that certain decisions I've made in the past, whether good or bad, have taken me on a journey through life that I can't take back or regret. I try and just make a decision and then push myself while allowing life to sort of take its course.I trust that life will guide me in an adventurous direction. I'm trying not to be afraid to jump as I have been in the past. All this probably makes no sense haha.
