  1. This place needs some creepy vibes right about now - http://dangerousminds.net/comments/because_love_never_dies_put_your_loved_ones_ashes1
  2. Ha, this is me totally. I don't really view it as to much of a negative. My whole life I've never had close friends, I've never found the need to try and build those bonds. I will have what I'd call friendlies or acquaintences that will give me all the social interactions I can handle. It's a simple way to live a contented life. I don't feel the lows, but I don't have the highs either. The only time I regret my lack of a desire, or perhaps more accurately, lack or ability to build interpersonal bonds are in the romantic department. Dating is tough when you are a narcassistic sociopath with delusions of grandure. Sucks to here about all of your issues. I hope that things get better for y'all. At the very least y'all should be able to work as a support network for each other. Y'all are wonderful people and I wish ya' nothing but the best.
  3. You'll have to let me know how the Ghost Pepper ones are. I love me some Ghost Peppers, although they destroy me I can't not eat them. One of the reasons I want to start a garden is for Ghost Pepper, and Thai Peppers.
  4. So apparently any kind of running just destroys me. I've spent all day on the couch with my legs aching and my head pounding.
  5. Yay, finally got my Ultimate Frisbee game going. First time this year and hopefully things start ramping up.
  6. Did you ever track down your Kinane record? I found one that someone hid at my local shop.
  7. Working a physical job I need to shower daily on workdays. Non-work days, fuck it.
  8. Ha, forgot about the whole 3TO thing. Back in the day Russell Branyan was a 3TO legend for my Brewers.
  9. The band handmade some up for some local stores. I picked up the last one to throw in with that shit. I know they had another one similar to that but by the time I knew who they were everything but that one was gone.
  10. Yeah Middle of Map Fest is pretty similar to what we've got getting started up here. Our is Mile of Music and it's going with a everything is free setup so they are having a tougher time pulling in larger acts because they just plain lack the funds. Most of the bigger acts are friends of our local music superstar (vomit) Corey Chisel.
  11. Just checked and they are all on for today. Along with Bruiser Queen who are fabulous. Damn tonight is ridiculous. 615 it's Phox who are an awesome pop-ish band from my area. Then William Elliott Whitmore and Murder City Devils. All at the same location. Mega jelaous. Plus Me Like Bees later in the night.
  12. Monty Pythons Total Rubbish 9 LP Box - Was on sale for $100 The Clash Box Set 8 LP - Sale for $100 Def Jams 30th Anniversary 6 LP Box w / Tshirt - On sale for $40 will be picking that up later today. Silversun Pickups Swoon Fan Pack w/ tshirt - On sale for $15 Going to pick up a bunch of MOV releases today since they are on sale. $25 for single LPs $35 for doubles
  13. One of these years I am going to make it down for that. Always quite a few bands I want to see. I think William Elliott Whitmore and Murder by Death are today. Pretty sure Phox too. Me Like Bees were sometime during Middle of Map. All of those are definitely worth checking out.
  14. I haven't gotten to many framed, but I'll always wait for Black Friday and have Michaels frame it. They always have a killer deal. Something like 60% off and then 30% off of that.
  15. I get that prices are crazy. I actually only own 1 MOV release and that is the Arrested Development record I just got. I've never been able to justify the cost. However, I do look at MOV releases slightly different than normal releases. Music on Vinyl releases are a premium product and therefore have the premium price. Not saying their prices aren't normally crazy, just that it is what it is. A premium product at a premium price.
  16. Those Music on Vinyl releases are always at such price premium. Now their priced at a point where I'd say they are purchasable.
  17. Fuck, went to a record store yesterday and spend about $130. Went to the same store today and spent $150. Want to go back and could easily spend another $300. Yesterday I picked up the Monty Python boxset and a couple other local band LPs. Today they had a ton of new box sets on sale and I picked up the Clash box, Silversun Pickups Swoon box and Arrested Development 3 Days MOV press. They have all their MOV stuff on a pretty good sale. MOV single LPs are $25, doubles are $35 and triples are $45. So much Elvis Costello, and Wu Tang, and Outkast, and Randy Newman, and Resevoir Dogs, and Johnny Cash, and, and, and...
  18. Yosts Brewers squads were always getting hit non-stop. That was mostly because Weeks and Fielder in particular would crowd the plate.
  19. Ha, before I read this I just completed and order with Dark Angel: The Ascent in it. I've never seen it, but the trailer was great. Castle Freak is one of those movies that any horror fan needs to see, not just b movie fans. I had Tourist Trap in DVD but must have gotten rid of it. Wasn't super into it.
  20. So many good (bad in a good way) Full Moon movies. I had nearly everything they ever put out on VHS. After 1996 they really started going down hill though. Trancers 6 made me want to cry. The Puppetmaster series 1-5 was great and started going down hill each movie after. I love Full Moons Sci-Fi movies from the late 80's and early 90s Oblivion 2 was amazing. Best part are George Takei and his one liners. I need to stop now, because I'm coming up with more and more movies I "need". Dead Hate the Living, Castlefreak, Netherworld, Dr. Mordrid, Pit and the Pendulum
  21. ...and I need to get the Dollman and Demonic Toys movies I don't have already. Fuck I am going to spend a ton of money this weekend ordering all the Full Moon movies I'm missing.
  22. Some of the stuff from the glory years, when they were still with Paramount. I've already got the Puppetmaster series which is awesome and I've been putting off buying the Trancers set but I NEED those. Plan on picking up the Subspecies set at some point. The stuff I picked up was basically whatever amazon had for super cheap. Picked up a 3 DVD set with the Oblivion movies. I've never seen the first one, but the second one was amazing. Head of the Family which was one of the last "high budget" Full Moon flicks. Crash and Burn, Robot Wars and Bad Channels were the others. So pissed a few years back I sold all my Full Moon toys. I had all the Puppetmaster figures and a bunch of other randoms. Now granted if I still had them they'd be just packed away in a box, but I still want them.
  23. This literally made me cringe. I'm just imagining have someone try and pinch my eye and I just want to fuckin' die.
  24. I may have a full 8 hour shift bearing down on me, but at least it's been a good day so fart. Ordered a bunch of Full Moon movies on amazon because that damn Bad Channels soundtrack made me miss all of my old VHS copies of those movies. Those all came in today. Plus I made a quick stop at the record store and they had a Monty Python box set on sale for $80. Now I just have to find a way to watch all those movies and listen to all those records in one weekend.
