Preordered the splatter, but I have a feeling based on Fallon's quotes that I'm not going to like this much. This is probably a make-or-break album for me.

They've just now started shipping. I just got mine yesterday. I'd expect them to start popping up in the near future, assuming anyone's willing to part with theirs.

I'm loving the new album, but I can't disagree with this. It also seems like most of the songs are either about forlorn love or being a criminal, but not both. Part of the charm of the first album was the mashing together of the two topics.

Honestly, I would have happily bought a whole boxset of everything from the Mojo/Jive years, including Everything Sucks. That album's pretty rough though.

I just received my order, and only the green variant was in the package. I ordered both. REEEEALLY hoping there's still a swirl lying around at ETR headquarters. EDIT: Haha, that was fast. I also emailed ETR right before posting here and by the time I'd posted this, Ross already emailed me back and said he'd send my other copy out asap. Props!

I just messaged La Escalera via Facebook asking about my order - I got the Nothington 7" along with the new Success and The Loss EPs. The Loss was listed as being released on May 9, but has been delayed until next month, so they told me everything else would ship out this week. They seem to be a bit more communicative via social media vs email.

Haha, well I'm trying to save money right now because I'm getting married in 3 months, so my record budget is a little tighter than normal. Hence the "maybe." Cool, thanks for the heads up.

Got my replacement yesterday, haven't listened to it yet but it's free of whatever adhesive was on the records before. And props to Triple Crown/Merch Direct for getting this taken care of professionally and quickly. I expected to just get the second LP in a paper sleeve, not a second full copy.

At least they're keeping us updated. I much prefer that to having no fucking clue when I might be getting a preorder.

You know how sometimes a band announces a new album and you preorder it on good faith, then when the first single is posted it's disappointing, giving you some doubts about the album? This is totally not one of those times. I'm so fucking stoked for this!
