a simple "initial run of 1000 copies, more may/will be pressed based on demand after that" would have sufficed. i could have budgeted the 80 bucks accordingly instead of spending it yesterday in fear of missing out.

should have just pressed another color. it makes no difference to the pressing plant.

kinda disappointing. i pulled the trigger yesterday because i saw the copies running down. might as well have just waited until my wallet was in better shape.

oh yeah i definitely wouldn't assume it either, just saying that the last one did make it to a couple of places. they just put a poll on twitter: "If we put up a secondary pre-order for Birth Of A New Day in black vinyl today, would you be content waiting until December to receive?" so i am guessing we will probably see black vinyl go up shortly.

i think boomkat had copies of the 1st press of rain temple and bleep has copies of the 2nd press.

i've been pretty early to mail on the past 4 or 5 but have only gotten one. i have sent without quotes as well.

that sucks... im with you. normal preorder/order and that happens i would probably let it slide. for the price and how long we had to wait for these though i would definitely ask for replacements.
