  1. Hey everyone, I'm not sure how many people love Ryan Adams as much as I do,  and I'm looking for some live shows that I don't already have. Also any demo or promo discs that I don't have. So far I have, looking to fill in some gaps. Thanks

  2. Hey guys, I don't post much here anymore but I wanted to inform the board that my friend Deanna's band just came out with a full length on Red Scare. I don't even know if Toby posts here anymore. So I felt like I should promote it. It's one of my favorite albums of the year. The hooks are good. It's everything you'd be looking for in a pop-punk, punk/emo album. Matt Jordan produced it, Evan Weiss from IIOI plays on it. It's all around great. It's shipping now! http://www.interpunk.com/item.cfm?Item=244409

  4. Hey guys, this community was huge for me in the past but I haven't really posted in a long time. I started working at a job that does not pay enough to support a vinyl habit so I kind of stopped buying records. I sold off most of my collection and am kind of just joining the digital age. I continue to do stand up comedy in Chicago and around the US. I've got a show in Nashville on the 8th at 11pm at the Third Coast Comedy Club and in NYC the last Saturday of the month at Creek and the Cave. I also started a podcast where I talk to people about dating and relationships and sometimes when recording it I'm reminded of the MAN ADVICE thread on this very site and how supportive people were of one another. You can check it out here. Hope everyone is well.

  5. Hey guys, I haven't posted on here in a long time. Kinda stopped collecting records. I switched jobs and I'm working in Public Service right now. No extra money for vinyl. So I'm selling a lot of stuff I had just sitting around. I have for a sale a Spin Clean Record Washing System. It's the one you can get on Amazon for $125, I've never used it. An ex girlfriend bought it for me while I was in the process of selling all my records. I also have a Bellari VP 130 that has about 25-30 hours of use on it, bought it new for $240. Looking to sell both.

  6. I know turnstiles said he didn't care much for it, but I'm curious what you guys thought about Dave's song. I actually REALLY like it (especially live).

Also, was there a lot of back and forth between Dave and Dan at your shows? Are they just foolin' around or do they really not like each other? It doesn't really matter, but even after my show I read stuff about them going at each other.

Lol, I came around to the song. Honestly that was one of the best aspects of the show. They all looked like they were having a blast. There were so many 'Hennessy' chants, and banter between the guys. And they did a conga line through the audience before playing their encore.
