I don't think it has been posted yet, and not sure if anyone is interested. I have been interested in this since it was announced in what feels like 5 years ago, but That Thing You Do is finally in production.

The sooner you realize you can just reverse-mortgage your house and convert it into Discogs grails, the better off you'll be.  Use the system man.  Huge loophole that not nearly enough people are taking advantage of.  My friends had been raving about their hauls after downgrading to shipping containers in their parent's backyard, and they were right.  It's free money.  Abuse the system!

Anyone who is considering doing this, make sure you're still living within your means. I pay for just about everything on credit to get cash back, but I also never buy anything I couldn't just afford to pay cash for. That way I can pay the item off immediately and not even have to worry about interest.

Wish they would have sprung for a 2xLP remaster, included Lovers and maybe some other bsides from that era. They always go so barebones for their reissues.

I understand it's easier said than done, but this seems like a great opportunity for those laid off to start a new company. Also, those Funko toys are basic and I have never understood why people buy them.

*Solace repress and C:D press, right?  At least with Solace, it exists and you can chase it down on vinyl if you want to shell out.  It’d be so nice to have SOS and C:D on the shelf someday, though.
They were in the works before Mylene had their internal drama / meltdown and completely dissolved.  Such a damn shame.  Those 2 albums and the couple of LPs from Evpatoria Report are probably the biggest “maybe someday…” wishlist records from my post-rock years.

jfc how did c:d and solace never happen? someone tell these guys that i’ll straight up do it for them and they can keep all the profit, i just want em to exist at this point
