Don't be. I run one with my best friend. communication and shipping is probably the easiest part of the job. Especially when people are paying for the shipping.

Glad to see this thread has gotten a bit quiet. It's been a bit too expensive thanks to it when in full swing with new bands to check out.

You're also going about this all wrong. Getting married means more money for records - just throw multiple engagement parties and invite distant relatives who won't be able to travel and who will feel bad and send large cheques you can spend on records. And then just register at your local record store!
