  1. Hi all. I haven't been active on this board for years, as my interest in collecting vinyl has kind of dwindled away. And I'm looking to downsize my collection, and then particularly my HWM collection. However, if there are anything else on my list that anyone would be interested in, I'll consider any offers (The stuff that's not for sale are generally speaking albums that I only have one copy of, and also anything Lawrence Arms-related). Here's my collection, with links to pictures: https://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pU3XEwqaQrHXIfI5_vM4odQ Now, about shipping: I live in Norway, and we DO have some of the most expensive postage rates in the world. So the bad news is that shipping for just one 12" is about $24 for Europe and $33 for the rest of the world (and 105 NOK within Norway). The good news is that if you buy up to 3 12"s the postage should remain the same (packages between 350 and 1000 grams). So if you look at it that way; if you buy 3 12"s, the shipping per 12" is "only" $8/$11. But of course, these are only quotes, and I will calculate the exact shipping for you before any deal is made, so that you can either accept or decline. And I'm not charging any more than exact shipping prices. Should the actual shipping cost turn out to be less than you paid, I will pay you back the difference. I WILL be using pre-used cardboard LP mailers (simply because I do not know where to buy them here in Norway!), but I'll only use mailers that are up for the job, and not damaged. I will also of course ship records outside of their sleeves. If there are anyone interested in larger portions of my collection, I can offer courier shipping (TNT or UPS) at heavily discounted prices. I work in airfreight, and my company gets really good prices with both TNT and UPS. Courier-shipping also comes with tracking. I have only sold records twice before, so I'm afraid I can't provide much credentials as a seller. The only thing I can tell you is that I didn't receive any complaints from either of them. And I'm most certainly not out to screw anyone over. If for some reason anyone should be unhappy with any transaction, I will do my best to make it right! But I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Send offers through PM! Thanks! Stig
  2. What a coincidence. I just got back from the mall, like 10 minutes ago, where I picked up the blu-ray of this. And then this thread is up here. It's a pretty cool little flick.
  3. Finally! I went to that show, and I've basically been waiting 2,5 years to re-live it.
  4. That's a very nice thought. But I guess I'll have to stick with Southern Tier beers being beers for special occasions for me...which in a way is actually not that awful of a thought. And as for Old Speckled Hen...I actually quite like it. But maybe mostly because it's a beer that brings back memories of amazing times had in the UK...? So I might be biased...
  5. This one is pretty awesome. I love the Southern Tier beers. I'm celebrating my birthday tomorrow, and I'm gonna have the Southern Tier Creme Brulee Stout at my favorite bar. It's a rare treat, because it's $47 a bottle (and you can't find the Southern Tier beers anywhere but bars/pubs here in Norway). Such a ridiculous beer.
  6. Will be ordering the shit out of this. Now if someone would just press the Mike Felumlee/Friendly Enemies split...
  7. I'm assuming I was born gay, so yes. But that particular story wasn't mine. I was just quoting the lyrics for "Less Talk, More Rock" by Propagandhi.
  8. When I was 9 I tried to fuck a friend of mine. He was 8, then I turned 10. 14 years later it happened again, with another friend. This time with me on the receiving end.
  9. I chuckled as I read the story, then I laughed a little when I scrolled down and saw the picture of the Soda Stream....but I absolutely fucking lost it when I scrolled further down and saw that tiny tent. ...and now I feel so mean.
  10. 209 on pet food color vinyl. (No wonder they sold out so fast)
  11. I've got a friend that just started brewing beer. I got a bottle of his very first beer (a bitter) on saturday. It actually tasted wonderful. And that's pretty impressive to me, seeing as this was his first attempt. Can't wait to try his wheat beer that's almost done now...
  12. Holy hell, I can not get over how great this album is. Easily their best work. And the song "Hungry Jack's Carpark" really caught me by surprise. Because first you have a bunch of more or less silly songs, then this came on and just floored me.
  13. Thanks again for the comments. I'm starting to feel comfortable with sharing it with my friends now. But if I could bother you just one more bit: Which is the best, the original one, or this "extended version" that I made? : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvlXj8Zivpc&hl=en&fs=1
  14. Thanks guys. Appreciate it. And yeah, I might have to re-record the audio so that the last line is audible.
  15. The only clip I could find of the Family Guy bit is here: (Between 0:15 and 0:45)
